Had THE worst experience at this Subway! First she made the wrong sandwich but since she created it behind the screen I did not notice until she brought it out to the veggie area. She did not know what a cold cut combo was. I told her to leave it as us and also ordered a footlong sub of the day which was clearly on the board showing a price of $9.99. When she was ringing me up my boyfriend went to get a drink and all but the Dr. Pepper was working. We wanted Pepsi so we skipped the soda but grabbed a bag of chips. She rang me up for the meal at $9.99 and added $1.67 for the chips. I told her that this was the sub of the day and included chips and a drink. She said she could not give us the meal price because we didn't take a drink! We told her we didn't want Dr. Pepper. She said the $9.99 is for the three items snd since we did not take a drink it did not qualify for the promotion! This was the craziest experience! After 10-15 minutes o arguing with her, I told her to call the manager. When she got on the phone (for some reason she was on FaceTime) she gave me the same BS reason! Finally told her to refund the chips. She took another 15 minutes to do the refund. We walked out with our sandwich and she took the chips back even though they were included in the meal deal. Oh and when I told the manager I would not be returning here, she had no issues! Terrible, terrible place. I will never return to this Subway! They are the worst business I have...
Read moreI've been going here since I've moved into the area and have never been fully satisfied with the service this store gives it's customers and lately it's been getting even worse. It seems that it doesn't matter who's working and preparing the orders they always seem to be in a nasty mood. They're rude and disrespectful to the customer and will rarely look up at you while you're speaking with them making you to repeat the order several times They constantly say that they're out of something and can't make the sandwich the way you want it to be. This is a customer oriented service if you can't do it right and be polite to your customers then you need to close down and do something that does not require you to interact with others. Ordered #4 footlong, girl puts on 6 slices of meat and calls for Mgr/Owner?. She takes off 2 slices of meat and waits while Mgr looks at sheet for number of slices of meat to put on sandwich. I tell them its 6 slices for footlong. Mgr then tells girl 5 slices. Girl adds 1 slice making it total of 5 and proceeds to add 2nd meat. I tell them forget it and walk out.
