Walgreens — Local services in Lyndon

The store is great but the pharmacy well forget it find a new one ive been going to this location for 11 yrs never have i jad the troble or been treated like they have treated me this year with telling me she could not do a vacation over ride when i insisted she look for the key on the reg. oh there it is to now they have refused to fill my daugthers seizure meds because i got mad and call them iut when the med was called in the day before and i was told it would be ready go on my lunch break and they had not even ordered it its a seizure med not an asprin the one black female with the big butt and glasses talked to me like i was an idiot this has been going on gor a week now and my daugther still doesnt have her meds she takes her last dose of one of her 5 seizure meds so dont know what to do most walgreens are closed on sunday and i work 12 hrs days on monday oh they have them there but refuse to fill them because i yelled at them really they are incompetent they should all be fired 11 yrs ive been a coustomer never had 1 problem in 11 yrs but now nothing but rude liers who refuse to do there job but think they know everything and im not done im calling everyone i can think of to file a complant they sure dont need there job it might be diferent if they knew how to treat people i mean after all this is our life to some it means life or death which is our case but its my fault for getting upset with people who cant di their job so they just refuse to fill my daugthers meds oh but they filled mine the other day when i went there to pick hers up for the 3rd time but still wouldnt give me hers any suggestions...

Zero/Five Stars.

It started 2 months ago when they skipped me for a Covid and Flu vaccination after I arrived 15 minutes early. The pharmacy tech looked me in the eye and said, " you just arrived, right?", even though we had spoken before that point. Nothing like ham-handed attempts at gaslighting. Anyway, I rescheduled it and they botched it again. I never did get a vaccine. I gave up due to thier incompetence.

I lost track of the times my prescription was not filled, or the tech made a mistake of some sort.

Today they could not spell my last name. I had to go out an retrieve a prescription bottle from thier store to get some buy in that I had been there before. They could not find me in the "system", again.

When service occurs, if you could call it that, you can count on it to be slow, clumsy and, more often than not, ineffective.

Although the gentleman this morning was very professional and kind.... the girl working the drive thru window ladt night was the complete opposite. She was painting her obnoxious fake nails and was clearly bothered my me interrupting her activity. She glared at me for quite sometime before and finally said hello (in an annoyed tone) my meds had been called in for quite some time and weren't ready. I was told to comeback before 7 to get them. Being sick I fell asleep and went to get them this morning only to find out they are still not ready! I was leary of using this location againbut am so sick I didnt want to drive any further than I had to and the last time I used them a pharmacist slammed the gate in my face inside the store! Once I get the medications I need I will never go back to this pharmacy! It's a shame because it is literally right across the street and it's just...
