Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Lynn Haven

I went in to pickup a mobile order my parents made so I could go eat dinner with them and the lady at the counter had no clue what she was doing and the older lady was extremely rude. When I asked about how much longer it would be thinking 5-15 minutes the older lady looks at me and gives me attitude saying it’s going to take a hour. For pizza??? The workers were just hanging out and so I went to my parents house instead of waiting there for an hour and my dad went to go get the pizza and when he brought it back they gave us the cheese pizza we ordered but with some kind of disgusting green sauce all over it with ants in it , the pepperoni pizza with olives was soooooo thin with lemon pepper all over it and the cinnamon bread was not even cooked and the pizzas were all cold. When we called to tell them about the pizzas they said they gave us the wrong order even though it was what we ordered minus the ants, green sauce stuff on the cheese pizza, cardboard thin and lemon flakes on the pepperoni pizza and they will just give us credit not our money back. I really do honestly believe they ruined our pizzas on purpose because I inconvenienced them to make the pizza and I questioned them when they told me an hour wait. Last week, was the first time I had tried Pizza Hut in about 20 years and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. had decided to put pizza hut in the rotation of pizza places that I would order from. As for today, I had taken my mom to a dr appt, on the way home, she wanted food. Specifically, she wanted eggrolls from Chopsticks. OK. I pulled in, and went and get her eggrolls. While I was waiting, decided on Pizza Hut for myself. Placed an order on the app, waited 15 mins, the app said my order was ready. Walked up to the door, door is locked, lights are off, no signs of anyone being there. Checked posted operating times. Yeah, looks like they SHOULD be open. but yet, nobody there. Called the store. no answer. automated system connects me to someone, who tries to call the store, still no answer. Says that he will have regional manager call me. So here I am, after an hour and a half...

We have usually been a Domino's in a Little Caesars household but we tried the new pizza slices that you get two slices in the box in the first two we're really great so we went back the next week when we ordered and got it and it was burnt so this time my husband went in an ordered any ask her could you please not burn it this time we could not eat the outside could only eat the inside well in her smart attitude she told him that they didn't have any choice how it come out the oven was priest at and whatever it did it did well lo and behold he got it got it home and it was burnt so hard it was crispy I guess we're going to become domino in Little Caesars...
