Kidz Kloset, LLC — Local services in Lynn Haven

I am very disappointed with new management & their choice of staff. I have been a customer of a Kidz Kloset for 5 yrs, never once have a been mistreated, brushed off nor made to feel as if my business was not needed. Kidz Kloset has lost a 4 client's (Myself, My mom, & my 2 daughter's). The reason simply terrible customer service, the organization of the store, & the condition of the inventory. The main reason ...the new management has no desire to consider a client situation . Instead of sympathy or a kind heart and offering a solution etc the staff member didn't even let my daughter get all the way through the door before she told her to don't even bother! The staff member informed my daughter she would not accept anything she brought plus the owner was not In anyway. She admitted to not being informed enough to even know how to appraise new inventory coming in vs inventory going out. That tells me no training no knowledge of consignment at all. I myself have been in the store 6x since Tonya left...not once have I met the new owner nor seen them. I am told every visit that the owner is out to lunch, or sick etc. I can tell you that staff member nor anyone else will ever treat my daughter & granddaughter with such disrespect and loathing ever again. She should count herself lucky that my granddaughter was present. The new owners have done a terrible injustice to Tonya's many years of hard work building...

I have cosigned at this location since 2013. I love kids kloset. Previous owner and current owners both were great. If anything I've only seen improvements in efficiency for cosignment with this store (new tagging system). Ivey is a great store owner. She knows her customers. Also, there is so much to shop for (your own kids or your friend's kids or family member's kids). From newborn up to teenager there's so much to browse and shop for. It's organized, clean, and my favorite place to shop and co-sign. I feel valued as a customer at kid's kloset. My kids love to tag along with me to shop because there is a play area for them and they like to view and shop as well! This type of store is a mom...

I was in there today and it was very organized and everything was VERY good quality and clean. She has great discounts too! Today was 50% off marked items. Shes also got discounted shelves and a 99 cents rack too. Everything in there was very reasonably priced as well. There was a Jeep brand 3 wheeled stroller out front that was in really good condition for $65..anyone whose ever priced those know how...
