Part 2! Same driver: ILIES (if that’s his real name!). WORST experience!
I should have sent a complaint on driver ILIES. Well, today I am, because his behavior was worse than the first time. ILIES calls me from his vehicle telling me, “I’m here”. I tell him, “I don’t see you, I’m in my lobby.” And I told him, I’m not paying delivery to walk the driver’s vehicle to get my food. He finally came inside. Two outer doors, a foyer type, then 2nd door into the lobby, maybe 10 feet apart. I’m in the lobby(mind you went early because my broken ankle, so HE’s not waiting. The irony. ) He proceeds to tell me he doesn’t understand English. So I stop talking. Then! He pulls out my paper order receipt, and basically yelling at me, “you not gonna tip me?” He kept repeating it, I said , “oh, now you understand English “. I had planned to pay the tip in cash, like I usually do with any food delivery. I was in such shock he was asking for a tip, I tipped, I believe $2.00 on the receipt. Unfortunately today I got the same driver. Same scenario, call from vehicle, he finally came in. As the nerve to say, the outer door to the outside, “is my apartment entrance “. I told him I didn’t like him asking for a tip last time, he “yells, I’ll give you your money “ He tells me , he didn’t like the way I was speaking to him. I wasn’t going out my way to be rude, I didn’t yell at him, and I tipped him again. He basically didn’t like he had to come in and getting called out asking for a tip last time. He kept yelling at me, so I yelled back at him, he threw $3.00 on top of my pizza box saying, “here’s your tip back” I threw the $3 on the floor telling him I’m not taking it. He finally left, still complaining all the way outside, I told him I am going to report him. ..2nd issue, on my previous order, on the website , stated 20% off on next order had to text some number. I did text to the number , never received the code until I contacted CS through your website. Received an email confirming my complaint. Finally, A few days ago, I received a text sending me to a link for the “code”. I cannot use it from my phone. Why wasn’t it sent via ‘email?? So yea, no 20% for me on this order. There is an option on here to leave a goggle review.
This driver calls me from his car, I asked him if he rang the bell as per the instructions. No he DIDNT. When he finally comes to the Lobby. I asked him was I supposed to go outside to pick up my order? He tells me, sorry He doesn’t English (per him) however, he could speak and understand English to ask me am I going to tip him or not, I drove for domino’s in Boston years ago. I wasn’t aware policy changed and drivers can ask a customer (me) for a tip?! And Not sure if NY style pizza was made… At this point I don’t care anymore and will go back to, not ordering from Dominos!

Ordering on the app is a big mistake and having it tracked doesn't matter because you get a text that your foods on the way and 30 minutes later you still don't have it. When I finally got it the cheesy bread with bacon and jalapeno that I got the bacon was big clumps and it looked raw and it tasted like it wasn't cooked it was really disgusting. They did refund my money for it though. But do not order on the app it is the biggest mistake. Any other time I've ordered Domino's I've gotten my food within 10 minutes of me getting your text message that my driver left with my food this is the second time this has happened. And I paid for two icing cups and I got a icing and a ranch instead of two ice and cups and those were $0.60 a pop. Can I order the lava cakes on the menu with a coupon they had a sale for two lava cakes for 6.99 and they were bite-size they weren't even a full lava cake so they misrepresented the coupon the coupon should read to mini lava cakes for 6.99 so don't get the coupon with two lava cakes that's big mistake it's as big as a...

Not only do they have horrible service but they took almost 2 hours to deliver 1 cheesy bread and a bottle of soda. I called 3 times to ask what was going on and the girl that answered the phone very rudely said only that he was on his way. The guy finally delivers and doesn’t apologize for the wait or anything. Barely speaks a word of English as it is, then says he doesn’t have pen for tip. I said that’s fine because I’m not tipping. Then I get my credit card charges today, my order came to $17.79 and they charged me $25.47. So they stole money from me and added a tip illegally. I want a phone call from a manager for a full refund. This is insane and not right at all. I understand mistakeS happen but that is not a mistake at all. That is theft...
