Walked in with my children and we were instantly stared at by entire staff. We're smiling because as someone stated in a previous comment "the vibe here is off". As soon as we get to the counter, 2 other women walk in and many staff greet them and welcome them in. I guess we're not worthy of a "Hello". After searching the menu for a while and letting the next customers order first, we walk up to the cashier. We are still not greeted, her attitude seemed like she was ready for our order (shes staring at us), so we start with the first drink. My teenager actaully does. After we order one drink she walks away!!! My kids are confushed and I'm shocked! After a while another lady randomly walks up and says "hey have you been helped?". She didn't realize we were ordering. I informed that other woman just walked away, she then asked what we wanted. We did not receive an apology. Apparently our first drink wasn't even taken down!! I asked if the cashier that walked away at least inputted our first order and no!! I glance over and that same woman who walked away is making short conversation with another customer! This happened 4 weeks ago. I sent 2 messages via website to the owner/customer service and have not heard back. Never again just terrible. I also left a review AND message on Facebook, along with the email provided...
Read moreI have been in this store at least once every week, but this issue has been happening too frequent lately so I think I need to actually give a review this time. TRAIN YOUR STAFF FOR BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I used to work at a restaurant when I was a teenager, and I totally understand there are some days you donât want to work. I went to the store today and purposely left a big tip as I appreciate all the kids working there on a Sunday before holiday. Even though the gentleman at the cashier did not give us a look or a response the whole time, only looked at the screen, pushed the buttons, and showed signs that he got the order. My husband said âthank youâ after we paid, and he still did not even give a look.
We order 2 drinks both with salted cream. And one was missing it. I asked one of the girls to fix the drink and she took it from me aggressively with a dead cold stare and passed it to someone else. DID NOT SAY A WORD.
Happened many times before, but I decided to let it go. I hope this review gets to the management to improve their...
Read moreJust wanted my boba fresh milk with Oreo cream. Been to other happy lemons and the order is just boba, cream, ice, and then filled full with milk. Safe to say will not be returning to the Lynwood location.
Reply to owner: sorry for the confusion but the item I ordered was A4 the milk tea with boba and Oreo cream and I paid for the fresh milk sub and no sugar. The item is on the menu and from the images you can see that while the drink is already majority ice and very meager topping of boba at the bottom, to add insult it wasnât even 80% full. That is why I gave the review.
Update: it appears the owner has deleted his/her original comment blaming me for the poor service and âcustom orderâ. Doesnât even have the decency to acknowledge his/her mistake or say sorry to a customer who paid full price plus tip for 75% of a drink. What a shame will not be returning to this location. Strongly recommend to just go to Ding across the road if you value your money, time,...
