Given that they opened to the public on the 1st of February. I would say that the staff and management did well on keeping social distancing a standard. They were busy and had plenty of customers that ignored obvious lines for getting their name on the list. Staff did very well on being respectful to even the entitled people that cut the line and shoved their way into the lobby area. I spoke up when one of them cut me off after I received my text that my table was ready. In typical entitled fashion, she ignored me and avoided interacting. That aside, the food was accurately made and brought to us within a reasonable time. Our drinks were hardly empty before we got refills, and our fries were brought out hot and fresh. Our server declined use of her name when I asked, due in part because her assumption was that it would be a negative review. And her demeanor obviously changed when I asked if I could use her name in the review. She seemed almost offended and probably assumed the worst. I don't blame her for thinking that. She did a very good job considering it was her first shift since they reopened. However the fact she assumed the worst leads me to believe she doubts herself. My parting words in this review would be to the unnamed waitress who helped us. You did an excellent job, especially considering the volume of customers I'm sure you had. And I hope your confidence comes back swiftly during these trying times due to Covid-19. And thank you for your kind and helpful service.

Now I usually wait before reviewing a place when I’ve eaten at it twice so that how bad this RR location is, so first it was next to impossible to call in to request a table (they don’t do reservations) it took me twelve to fourteen tries before I was finally able to get through to the place almost like they were purposefully not taking my call, however when we got there we were greeted with the kind of respect you’d get at a chain restaurant (kindness and respect) our waitress was diligent and quick when it came to getting drinks ordered, then when the full party arrived she was quick to order the rest of the drinks and food, I will say this for a fact their alcoholic drinks are top notch so I’d order those again. However I feel that this franchise needs to have some work done as the bathrooms felt a bit cramped and worn, when it came time to eat the food was lacklustre; the waitress got my mothers order wrong once more which seems to happen a lot more lately in the Alderwood area. But nonetheless the food was lacklustre my burger had an odd taste to it like cardboard/paper other than that it was a somewhat of a good holiday lunch, I give it two stars one for the diligent service and the other for the restaurants atmosphere; will my family and I eat here again? No probably not.

Sadly this location has turned into what this photo shows...TRASH. I can understand Covid has impacted alot but this goes beyond that- and after giving them chance after chance the last year- after dining at this location for 20+yrs- we are DONE until they revamp, remodel, and get new management most importantly!! Most servers have an attitude and can care less to be there, or help you- if there is an issue the customer somehow gets blamed etc. The food is sub-par-- overcooked fries in old oil, cheese sticks that are still half frozen upon being served, burgers missing most of their toppings, mixed up drinks from the bar, I could go on. They make no effort to improve over all these months, which is sad. Tried to give feedback to a manager [Don] and he kept pushing me along to finish, didn't apologize for anything we dealt with [that they messed up on], and swiftly dismissed us so he wouldn't have to hear anything more. It was ridiculous. The only good thing is they did finally re-upholster their booths-- but the outside has trash all around the building and the building/bathrooms itself are in disrepair. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

I want to lead off by saying that we really appreciated the manager here. She was working pretty hard to offset the bad experience that we were having. She is gold and hopefully can go work at a better place. We had not eaten at this location in several years because our last experience was exceptionally bad. Red Robin used to be so good pretty much everywhere you went but has slid really hard over the past decade while the prices have gone into the stratosphere. My parents always loved it because they found the original location when they were in college at UW back in the 1960's. When they expanded out to the suburbs in the 80's, my parents were so happy and that was our family go-to when I was a kid. I could get a Monster Burger for $6 and some change. That burger costs nearly $15 now and it's nowhere near as good as it used to be.

Our food this time actually wasn't too bad except for the soda, which was all very flat. We were informed that it was an old machine and it was just like that. If you're running a restaurant like Red Robin, that's a FIX IT NOW! situation. They charge a lot for that soda and having it show up flat is just not acceptable. On the upside, the burgers were better than usual and I always love the garlic fries. The food took a very long time to get there and they screwed up my wife's order so it went back and didn't appear until the rest of us were done eating and the aforementioned manager intervened on our behalf. Ultimately, a good portion of the meal ended up being comped, which was nice. The question is, how bad would this have been if it weren't for this very proactive manager? I can tell you, it would have been like our last visit here about three or four years ago that was ironically with the same friends we ate there with this time. We waited a long time to come back and then only did it for proximity reasons. I'm sorry but for the prices they now charge and our need to have a good, relaxing experience to decompress from our busy lives, we're really not going to roll the dice again anytime soon in the hope that a great manager saves the day. Great managers don't stick around for daily fire fighting. They go to places where they get the corporate support to create a great experience and have the equipment and employees to...

I was visiting family and it was my first time there from las vegas, Nevada. We all went to red Robin to eat on 33rd st. (18410) Lynnwood. We were seated by the window and we were doing OK for the first 10 minutes in from our order being taken and drinks. After that , we had tried and get attention from the bus boy...which he never came back to refill our drinks or our bottom less fries. I never got his name...he was a young white guy. OUR WAITRESS ASHLEY....WHICH I FOUND OUT LATER THAT WAS HER NAME....WE NEVER SAW HER AFTER SHE TOOK OUR ORDER ANOTHER WAITRESS HELPED BRING US OUR FOOD! ..I DONT KNOW IF IT WAS BECAUSE WE WERE BLACK AND HISPANIC DESCENT or NOT!! I BELIEVE IT WAS!! People have the misconception black and Hispanics people don't tip half the time and it is not true.....I have personal knowledge as I have been a server for almost 28 years and now a Demi-Chef here in Las Vegas! ASHLEY is a terrible WAITRESS and that is a problem to your place of business! Once we were almost finished I went to look for the manager and explained to him, we never saw our WAITRESS and she never came back for any refills or asked us about our meals...NOTHING! I explained to him and told him, I been a waitress and where I was from ...which as I see Las Vegas is the capital of customer service industry! As I explained to him I didn't appreciate any of this, he just shook his head in agreement and that was it!! As I am a Google reviewer and have followers I will make sure I let my followers know DO NOT GO TO THIS FOOD ESTABLISHED AS THIS PLACE DOES NOT SERVE PEOPLE WELL...ALWAYS REMEMBER THIS...YOU DO NOT KNOW WHOM...

This is always been a favorite place for me and my son and husband to go and gather together whether we’re celebrating and going all out or if we want to eat as much as we Can in a fairly affordable prices. He would never expect to get five star restaurant service but that’s exactly what you get with Mustafo!. And we always know the food is going to consistently be yummy. But This day, however I just don’t even know if words can describe how amazing our server was speaking as a former server myself he was on top of every part of his job he checked on us and had all of our needs and managed all of his full restaurant of table elegantly and seemingly effortlessly. Our waters never went emptie. We were given the opportunity to order within one minute of seating and after we asked for more and circled back to us shortly after to make sure that we were ready never once were we waiting he always seemed to have what we needed in advance. And addition his temperament is so warm and delightful. I would just put him in my pocket if I could😅. He was by far the best server I think I’ve ever had in my life and that is saying some thing because I have an eye for serving as I can understand how difficult this position can be, but from Mustafo”s performance, you would have no idea. He moves elegantly professionally. He’s knowledgeable of the menu and their prices I just can’t think of any single thing that he should be doing other than completely running this entire franchise. Their productivity would be endless in the hands of somebody, so incredibly competent and wonderfully lovely to be greeted and was just beyond...
