What is it about WA that makes everything in the realm of food worse? I loved BWW the first time I tried it in MD on a business trip. I loved it all the times I ate there in other states while I was on the road. I was super excited when I found out they were opening in Western WA finally and then it was a pretty short ride to asking, "why doesn't this taste as good as it does everywhere else I eat it?!" We've been eating at this location since they opened and I was pretty much done with it a couple of years ago until my wife discovered the salt and vinegar flavor and now wants to eat there all the time. We've experienced very bad service several times including a visit where my mother who is now wheelchair bound but was having to use a walker at the time was told there was no place for her to sit while we waited to be seated by a manager. We've hit the full range of issues with the quality of the food. overcooked, under cooked, too much sauce/seasoning, too little sauce/seasoning. Then they scrapped their Tuesday wing deal and I was done completely. It really appears to be a WA problem though because I'm now living in Las Vegas and the BWW by my house is great. They've also brought back the Tuesday deal. which I assume is chain-wide but the bottom line is that I'm often there on Tuesdays now and the wings are prepared properly far more consistently here.

Me and some co-workers went here Wednesday for the bottomless wings. Scanned the QR code to pull up the screen to order as the servers only brought food/drinks, but didn't take the orders themselves. Realized the wings in the deal were only boneless. Ordered it off our phones then when we were ready for the next rounds we asked the server if we just ordered off our phones and they told us we had to order it with them instead. Slightly confused we then told the server how we ordered to begin with and then she fixed the issues herself. The "plates" were flat metal pans that kinda took over the table for room. Never got any water before food/other drinks. All headaches aside our female server (I think her name was Taylin? Tay-something lol) was super helpful, the food/drinks tasted great, and the sports atmosphere was cool. Probably not gonna come back though tbh.

Prompt service from a "team" of football uniformed wait staff has always been my experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. The standard bar food definitely applies, they are known for their wings but have lots of stuff to throw in the fryer, put on a salad, or make a sandwich or wrap. They have a million (not really) sauces to put on your wings or in the buffalo mack and cheese. Word to the wise, parking on the weekend peak times or during a major sporting event will be terrible. There is a lot of additional parking behind the building but the sides and front fill up fast! The environment inside is fun, LOUD, and family friendly. If you have noisy kids this place is perfect. As a parent it can be tough to go out because kids get loud, but this place is great. There are also game tablets there that are FREE. Yup no charge. Lots of games to keep you or the kids busy.

Had never been to a BWW before, but I found a gift card I’d won at my office from way back in 2013. I called their corporate number and apparently the card was still valid, so I decided to treat my parents to dinner the next time I was visiting them in Lynnwood. TOTAL DISASTER.

The three of us aren’t big wing fans, but they have other things on the menu, so we decided to order chicken sandwiches instead. My dad and I went into the restaurant to place a to-go order, and the gal at the register looked like she had just started there. She was really nervous and didn’t even look at us. Then the manager was standing near her, saw what we were ordering, and was like ā€œoh OK, so it’s going to be about an hour and 45 minutes, we just put 750 wings on the fryer so we’re going to be busy with that for a whileā€. We were very disappointed (and stunned) but decided to try again another time. This was a Thursday night, they looked really busy and football season had just started. So we thought maybe this was just a bad night.

So then a few weeks later we tried again. We tried to order online so we didn’t have to wait at the restaurant. But then we found out my old gift card didn’t have the 8-digit code we were required to enter. So we called the restaurant, and the manager (named Ryan) told us that was OK, we could order over the phone with it and pick up in 30 minutes. He transferred us to the gal at the front register, but right as we started ordering, the gal said the computer system had crashed and she had to get the manager to restart it. She told us to call back in 5 minutes. So we called again and she told us it still wasn’t back up yet. So then we called AGAIN and asked about it and she said ā€œyes, please holdā€ and then we just heard hold music for another five minutes. I’m pretty sure she was just stalling because they were having some sort of problem at the restaurant. We thought that was very rude so we gave up (again) and now we’ve decided we’re never going to use the card.

I know we might have had a weird request with the old gift card—but if BWW says it’s still valid, then the restaurant should be able to accommodate us no problem. Instead we were greeted with unhelpful and unfriendly staff all around. I wonder if other BWW locations are like this one. If that’s the case, then how are these guys even in business?

After both of these bad experiences, we decided to have dinner from my parents’ local teriyaki place which has been great...

Beware..Stay far away from this Buffalo Wild Wings location in Lynnwood! This has to be one of the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever visited in my lifetime. Every year I pay a visit to Buffalo Wild Wings to retrieve my free side of wings from my rewards app. After walking into the restaurant, I was not greeted at all and had to personally walk up to the desk to get someone's attention. After I got the attention of someone, a African American male immediately told me that there is a shortage of Wings and unfortunately he couldn't give me the side of wings I asked for. After he told me that, I asked him if he can ask his manager if I can be substituted with something else and he seem irritated. After asking the manager if she can substitute me for something else, the female manager told me I can pick whatever else from the menu so I felt relieved at this point. I decided to choose the 5 piece breaded chicken tenders along with some sauces and the manager informed me that it would be 11 minutes. I waited more more 11 minutes for my take out order and after retrieving it, I was happy to go back home and eat it. Before leaving the parking lot, I checked on my food and discovered that the chicken tenders were the size of a pencil and I didn't even get full pieces at all! The fries were cold and the chicken didn't even feel hot at all. I was angry, so immediately went back inside and the African American server informed me that there is a shortage on chicken now apparently? He immediately gave me a attitude and was highly unprofessional, then got the manager. This time a different manager came out and it was a white male. The white male had a smirk and a attitude with my current situation and I asked for them to redo it. The white manager grabbed my bag of food and told me he will throw this away and make it exactly the same how it came out and it would be another 10 minutes. Do not ever come to this rip off of a location, unprofessional staff, management doesn't know how to respect customers, and I saw a cook through the kitchen doors not wearing gloves when handling the chicken while cooking it. Stay far away...

The Lynnwood BWW has always had questionable service, being from the service industry and as someone who was employed at BWW for a couple years I totally get it. There are some variables in the business model that just don’t work unless everyone on the team is lifting their own weight and well, clearly that isn’t always going to be the case. But I sure do love the Mango Habanero wings so we are borderline regulars. Tonight we walked in (my husband, myself and a Mother in law) for dinner and it was apparently some big basketball game because the place was packed. I hesitated to even ask for the wait for a table because the service would likely be slow due to how busy it was, but we were offered a table in the bar. This review is solely to highlight the incredible service we got from Mariah tonight! We walked up to the ONLY available table in the bar and she swiftly wiped it down for us, took our drink order and food order. When she brought over the soft drinks to those at our table that ordered cokes, I caught her glance back at the bar to see if my whiskey drink was ready before she dropped the cokes off. She asked all the questions corporate wants you to ask (ā€œCan I start you guys off with a blue moon or a margarita?ā€ ā€œDid you guys save some room for dessert?ā€) but ultimately just took fantastic care of us in an insanely busy restaurant. By far the best service I’ve ever had at a BWW. Mariah should get a raise for how attentive, prompt, friendly and overall how aware of her guests she was. All the marks of a fantastic service experience....
