I usually don't care too much about the staffs attitude, even though it is usaually rude and plain not respectful. I just want to get in and out with my drink but today wasn't okay at all. On my walk to work I usually order on the mobile app.(keep in mind the ordering was not closed). I get there and the sign read no mobile order ect. Okay, that's fine, I'll just cancel my order, go to my app can't find where to cancel it. I go up to the drive thru window(there were no cars) and make eye contact with employees. They ignore me, I knock on the window and someone tells me I can't be there cause of safety hazard, I told them I understood and just want to cancel my order, they tell me they can't and that I have to move. No alternatives, "we'll just make ur drink" or referring me to the corporate number to fix this issue. Horrible customer service. I ended up calling corporate and got it all fixed but gotdamn. If you don't want to be a Starbucks batista, quit. Genuinely that's not how you...
Read moreThe interior design is new and very pleasant, but the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. It feels like they have no concept of customer service. I ordered a coffee through the mobile app and forgot to request less syrup. When I tried to ask in person, the main lady making orders didn't even look at me. Instead, she told her coworker to "listen to what he says." I have never encountered such rudeness from any Starbucks employees. The coworker just stared at me without saying anything. I took my coffee and sat down to study. Five minutes later, I saw the same lady shouting at another customer, who seemed nice and probably had just asked a question. In any case, you never go that high in your tone of your voice when serving people. Ruined all impression. I will never come back to this location. And white lady with tattoo on arm and headsets never should serve people until gets full training on how to talk...
Read moreShockingly rude barista. I ordered my usual and saw the screen wasn't working. I told her and she responded in an irritated tone, "Anything else?" I thought to ask her to read my order back to me to make sure it was right, but since she was so irritated, I didn't.
When I got to the window, she handed me a grande. I told her I ordered a venti. She dramatically rolled her eyes at me, and then shook her head in disgust as she told the other barista to remake it. It was unbelievable. I asked her, "Did you think I would just take the grande?" She said, "You ordered a grande." I said, "I always order a venti" - nothing more and in a purely factual tone. She responded, "I won't have you talk to me like that." Surreal! The rudeness was entirely one way, three times in about 2 minutes, and then she treated me as if I had...
