We entered an empty location (no other customers present) and put in our order. Staff began preparing our order to the extent of the complete preparation of the hot ingredients which then were on the counter waiting for our sandwiches to be assembled. Then other customers came in, and staff STOPPED preparing our order - leaving our hot food to cool on the counter - to give attention to other customers. THREE other groups of customers came in, were processed at the counter, paid and RECEIVED THEIR FOOD before staff returned to finish our order. This was incredibly frustrating on its own but revealed another flaw in the system at this restaurant. We paid, including a 20% tip BEFORE our food was prepared. This staff team absolutely did NOT deserve a 20% tip - yet they left our food to cool on the counter, ignoring us in favor of providing service other customers, in spite of our leaving a high tip. It was not possible at that point to change the tip we selected to pay on this order. We finally received our food and left only to find that the order was incorrectly assembled - BOTH sandwiches only had some of the ingredients claimed to be included in the order - AND my particular order of the Bánh Mì Burger was completely dry. I don't know how they managed to make the pickles dry but this meal was plain and lacking flavor and completely dry and unappetizing. We paid over $50 for two sandwiches and fries that were delivered to us cold, incorrectly prepared, lacking flavor and dry. I would never go back to this restaurant if it remains impossible to pay only AFTER...
Read moreI’ve been to Plantiful Lynwood a handful of times now and I’ve loved everything I’ve gotten. I’ve reordered the sausage breakfast sandwich a few times, and have ordered the tofu banh mi, plantiful toast, and iced matcha latte. I would recommend any of these items!
Plantiful Toast - Bigger than I was expecting for toast, glad it includes two pieces. It was a subtle slight spice to it and is absolutely delicious and what you want from an artisan toast. Sausage Breakfast Sandwich - Just a classic breakfast sandwich, bread is good, but it’s a little dry. Overall, solid choice. Tofu Banh Mi - Good size, good flavor and is moist. I ordered without jalapeños and it still had a nice subtle spice. Iced Matcha Tea Latte - For $7.50 I’m glad it’s a big size, but it’s a good latte. Good balance between the earthy-ness of the matcha and rich and sweetness from the other flavors.
I would order everything again! Looking forward to trying new things. Soooo happy to have a fully vegan restaurant in the area. My only complaint are the prices, it’s a little more than what you want to spend. Wish they provided a little more with these prices, but I’m just happy to have another...
Read moreI happened upon this restaurant on the way to Trader Joe’s in Lynnwood, and am so happy I stopped! I have food allergies, severe lactose intolerance, and other food intolerances, so finding menu items that I can eat without pills is huge. I got a salad with a pea protein burger and a smoothie that I could be sure did not accidentally contain whey/milk ingredients. The salad was so fresh, and contained half an avocado, a large sliced strawberry, and many other quality ingredients. Everything was perfect - no random lettuce pieces or brown avocado spots to remove - and the burger was browned and tasty. The prices are higher than other fast foods, but the quality and amount in the salad and the safe, delicious smoothie choices made it a bargain. Can’t wait to explore more menu items. Oh, and they have optional, very easy to use touch screen kiosks to place your order if you’re all peopled out for the day, or the kind staff will take your order directly if you...
