Toshi's Teriyaki — Restaurant in Lynnwood

This is no-holds-barred, quality food without frills or pretense. If I want some of the best-cooked chicken of my life in Teriyaki format: this is where I now go.

The rice is also cooked really well and from what I can tell was very fresh when we got it. Too often I feel like I get 12 hour old rice at most Teriyaki places. It leaves my mouth dry and sticky so I usually just avoid the rice or make my own at home. Not here.
