This particular Jack n Box is my favorite since a teen and growing up in this area brings great memories for me and the food and Employees there are great with kindness patience which is a huge plus for me because as the world turns I don't get this every place i go especially now in my senior years and that means a lot to me these days as simple kindness and respect are becoming obsolete especially with all the technology taking over and from working in customer service for 20 plus years and now retired it means a lot to see these qualities exist here and when you see good customer service I like to acknowledge it because this quality is becoming rare as we watch technology change how we see each other as...

Went through the drive through, was told to wait to order several times with only 1 person ahead of me. After at least 5-7 minutes the worker took our order, wrong of course, even after repeating it twice. Got to the window and waited another 7-10 minutes without a greeting. I let the worker know my order was incorrect and she said oh well and proceeded to charge me. I didn't complain as my kids were hungry and we were now running late. I asked for condiments and the worker threw, yes threw, 2 ranch in the bag and immediately closed the window. Oh my God let me tell you about this Jack in the Box had the most horrible experience but the young woman girl should I say started bad from the get-go just give you my order show to be difficult for the girl working I simply ordered a Jumbo Jack with only pickles and secret sauce the girl was so rude about it then try to charge me for extra pickles then once I got to the window attitude was still going upon getting my burger once I got to my second job the girl that took my order decided to give me pickles and mayonnaise a big drop of mayonnaise which I never asked for and lo and behold no secret sauce in the burger no secret sauce in the bag horrible...
