McDonald's — Restaurant in Lynwood

I keep saying I’m not going to go to the spot on Long Beach Blvd. McDonald’s but I’ll give them a second after the third time trial they keep taking so long to take the order miss up on my order every time I go there and I repeat it to them over and over even though I cannot understand the girl when they speak into the speaker my older she was correct but when I receive it is incorrect how hard is it to get my order right I’m always ordering make doubles with no onions no mustard Which they keep getting it wrong all the team members are too busy talking being on their phone being unprofessional when I pull up to the driveway to pick up my order ....come on McDonald’s make enough money to get better teamwork workers the ones they can focus on customersWithout your customers McDonald’s will not be McDonald’s so please focus on your team members who you hire unsatisfied customer PS not going there no more on Long Beach...

I'm only giving it one Star because there isn't an option for minus stars! Seriously I don't know why I even come to this McDonald's. How do you screw up a $3 happy meal. I asked for gogourt, I get apple slices. I ask for the burger in the happy meal to be plain and I get chicken nuggets! And to top it off, NO Toy! My three-year-old was pissed! I didn't hear the end of it all night. Thank you McDonald's! They should have a position that their only job is to double check the order according to the receipt before handing it to the customer. But then again what do you expect when you hire some of these kids these days. They never cease to amaze. I guess common sense isn't a requirement to work here. Ya'll dumb! So sad. Thank God there is other fast food options across the street. Oh, and don't try calling either. They disconnect the phone so all you get is a busy tone. This is hands down the worst...

Bought a sausage McMuffin and the egg looked and tasted terrible. It looked as if it had been partially cooked. I was on my way to work already so I called the establishment to let them know what had happened. The manager asked me to BRING IT BACK WITH ME AFTER WORK for a refund/ replacement. As if I wanted to walk around with a McMuffin all day. Once I told him that I was not about to keep it around and instead take a picture and post it on Google maps so they can see for themselves, he suggested I not post the pictures but instead just bring the picture in-store to show them. Made me feel like he didn't believe me. I know that there are a lot of scammers out there but sometimes you just have to take people's word.
