Tom's Jr. — Restaurant in Lynwood

Went to this restaurant and I’m African American and felt discriminated 2 times cashier treated me bad and made me feel very out of place one walk in order and one drive thur it was a young lady that dress like a boy both times and I really would like to speak with a manager about this incident ordered food 9/26/24 and after eating it asada fries my daughter had a tummy ache and she likes the asada fries there and that is the only reason we come here but the service there with this young person gives very bad vibes have not been a good experience and I really feel discrimination vibes and that’s why I gave 1 star I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO TALK TO THE MANAGER ABOUT THIS INDIVIDUAL. ASAP BECAUSE THIS IS REALLY BECOMING A PROBLEN...

I find it really overpriced for an average burger. The upcharge for onion rings or cheese is very inflated as well. I'm not a fan of the additional fee for using a debit card or credit card considering the high prices. Tom's Jr has become a last resort for a family dinner when we've become too busy. It used to be a weekly visit and now I've really tried to avoid it. I do recommend the steak sandwich, and the fries are always delicious. I think this sandwich with a drink and fries will easily set you back $12. Insane. I wouldn't mind getting half the fries that usually come with the order if it would save me some money. I usually only eat half of them and...

First of all food us great...but today my wife and i went to buy a pastrami which we always share because its so big. BUT to our surprise when we got home the pastrami has shrunk in size. After calling and talking to the manager, we find out that the company is requiring workers to weigh the pastrami and only 12oz per sandwich. The price has remained the same but yet we are missing more than half the meat. There is something wrong here. So from now on we will be going to Hercules Burgers on Imperial and Fernwood in Lynwood for our pastramis. Good luck to Toms Jr with their new idea...
