So very rude! I decided to pick my husband up so breakfast and I ordered a dark roast coffee and two bagels. The woman at the drive through asked how I wanted the coffee and I said just the dark roast. (I don't drink coffee so I'm not clear on the particulars on how to order it). She asked if I wanted cream and sugar and I said no, just the dark roast. She then asked me THREE more times and I kept saying no just the dark roast. Finally a guy gets on the intercom and asks if I want anything else and I ordered the bagels. When I got up to the window to pay the woman admonished me that I ordered the coffee wrong and that I HAD to say black if i didn't want cream and sugar. To which I replied, "I said no to cream and sugar, which is the same thing." She told me it WAS NOT. Then the older woman and the man started yelling at me through the drive through window that you have to say black if you don't want cream and sugar. I cannot believe that three employees would yell at someone for saying ,"no cream or sugar" instead of "black".
Also, I was not giving my order total through the intercom, nor was I handed my receipt - probably so I couldn't take the survey at the bottom.

Read moreI ordered 3 ice coffees. Got one right. They communicated well with taking my order but when I came to the window my coffees were wrong. My caramel ice coffee with cream and sugar has no caramel and 5 sweet and low with cream. I knew because that’s what it said on the sticker label on my drink. I said something to them while him and a female worker tried to put my order in so I can pay. I told her right away and she communicated to him about my drink and he said caramel right? And I said yes. And he talks to her secretly in front of me and I see him rip the sticker off, do a quick turn and a turn back to face her and hands the female worker my SAME COFFEE. She looks at me and tells me to my face that it now has caramel. There was definitely no caramel and was bitter and DEFINITELY had sweet and low and no reg liq sugar like I asked. They took the tip I gave them and still lied to my face. I called and complained and told them I don’t want it remade for I’m sure you’ll hand me the same drink for the 3rd time. Read moreNOT ALL DUNKIN DONUTS BUSINESSES ARE THE SAME! I've been to dozens of Dunkin Donuts businesses throughout the city of Chicago and the suburbs, as well as D&D businesses in other states. This one is the best! Bold statement? Here's why: 1.) Impeccable service: the employees at this joint work fast and provide courteous service. They know you're busy, so they get your order out fast. 2.) Menu: this place has some donuts that I don't see at other places anymore. The Sour Cream donut is my favorite; most Dunkin Donuts joints don't carry it anymore. The Brookfield Dunkin Donuts has it! They also have great specials every week. 3.) Efficient Drive Thru: if you don't have time to stop in, use their drive thru. It's quick and they haven't messed up my order - not once in 10 years (and we go there probably 4 times a week).
