Placed an order on Feb 3, 2022, driver forgot my fresh loaf of bread. Offered to run back to the store and deliver or would credit my payment. I told driver to just issue me a credit. WELL, THAT NEVER HAPPENED!
I placed another order on Feb. 15, 2022, ordered another fresh loaf of bread, and I shouldn't have been surprised when my order was delivered, Yep, NO FRESH LOAF OF BREAD AGAIN! I called the store spoke to the manager who by the way TOLD ME HE WAS SUBMITTING A CREDIT FOR ME FOR $15.00. I never received a refund with my online payment, and checked my JJ account and nothing there with regards to a credit.
Manager is a liar and a joke!

Read moreI come through here quite frequently and every once and a while I treat myself and my family to jimmy johns and I'm sorry subway but these guys make you taste the difference. From the fresh ingredients to the detailed app that lets you design your perfect sandwich it's all great. The workers are great and work very fast. There's a few times they forgot to cut my sandwich or give me napkins but those are things I can live with. There's also a Starbucks next door and I kid you not we place a mobile order in the Starbucks drive through and it's done by the time we get our drinks from starbucks.
