STORYTIME! I was stuck in the drive-through at Window 1 on a busy Saturday afternoon, about 2:30 on July 29, 2023. Ended up talking with the extremely personable Martivia who was working the window. She told me her name after I had asked because I wanted to do a survey stating how great she is. When I got to Window 2, the "manager on duty" handed me my order without a word and I said, "You are the manager?" She nodded affirmatively. I continued, "I want you to know that Martivia at Window 1 is an awesome employee." Rather than say, "Thank you!" or anything else, this manager stared at me as if I was nuts! I reiterated that Martivia was a good employee in case this manager hadn't heard me. Nope, she heard me just fine but chose to awkwardly stare rather than speak. How about this??? Make Martivia with the people skills and personality the manager and put this Saturday afternoon manager in back so customers aren't subjected to her weirdness. Read moreThis was my first time at this McDonald’s and it turned into one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I went through the drive-through to pick up an Uber order. After waiting 10 minutes, one employee tried to hand me the food, but another employee shoved him aside, grabbed the bags, and told me, “I’m not giving it to you, calm down.” I went inside to resolve it, and this same employee was extremely rude, refused to give me his name, and even lied by saying he was the manager.
This behavior is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. I am demanding a public apology from this employee in front of the staff. I expect the real manager to contact me, give me a date and time, and make sure this apology happens in person. If this isn’t resolved immediately, I will escalate this complaint to McDonald’s corporate and make sure this incident is documented everywhere it...
Read moreHonestly they need to do better with time management. I never been so frustrated at a McDonald location before. I was literally waiting 15min for a little breakfast sandwich. The female employee that was out giving the orders was walking so slow and unbothered. On top of it, she gave my order to the wrong car....missed my car (even tho I horned to flag her) went back inside and finally a different employee came out to give me my order. When I opened the bag I got the wrong order and it was so cold. So, not only she gave my order to a different car, was walking the bag in the cold for a while and on top of the rest of the wait I got the wrong order and wrong quantity. Please do better.
