I have been ordering Arby’s at Hall Rd and Heydenreich very frequently. When I go in to pick up my order, I always observe that their customer service skills arent very well (as someone who works in a restaurant themselves) You are never greeted and usually wait atleast 5 minutes before someone talks to you. Recently, I have had encounters with a younger male, I always forget to catch his name…I am assuming he is the manager. He is about the only good aspect to this establishment. A lot of issues have built up for me to say, “I’m never going back to this location again” yet I continue to go for the convenience of it. I live and work nearby so it’s always an easy stop. Everyone whom I talk to or mention about Arby’s too, always brings up this location and how terrible they are. I have given up on the drive-thru here because I usually wait more than 10 minutes just to place an order.
Today on the other hand, was the cherry on top. I placed a pick-up order online. I decided to try something that I haven't had before. A chicken bacon sandwich? Came with swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, and honey mustard. Once I got home with my order, luckily I love close. I opened up my chicken sandwich and said “wow this is really skimpy” When I took off the top bun, I realized there was everything but chicken…. I replaced the swiss cheese with cheddar and then added red onion. Not to mention, Just a singular slice of bacon was thrown on. I don’t expect much from a fast food place, but at least but the CHICKEN on a chicken sandwich…. I drove up there, thankfully, it’s just around the corner. The nice manager, I assume, greeted me after standing for a few minutes. He was in shock and said “sorry were training” ok understandable, but that’s an excuse to forget chicken on a chicken sandwich? He had it re-made for me and also I had him re-make me fresh fries. I got back home, I shouldve known better to check before I left…. I saw the girl in the chicken making my sandwich, just started throwing stuff on and wrapped it up, Must be the same person who is packaging everything I order because presentation doesnt matter to them.
I get home and I am highly unimpressed over the chicken to bun ratio. Chicken was about as thin and Ive ever seen and covered half the bread. Once again, what do I expect from a fast food place? I open the sandwich to see that this time, they forgot the bacon and tomato. Already home and at this point, irritated, I just ate it. But really? I can understand messing up something one time, but twice now to the same customer in the same day?! It’s just comical at this point. I was looking forward to a good chicken sandwich but that wasn't the case, especially after my order was messed up twice. For $12 and some change, I’d rather go down the road for a good and meaty chic-fil-a sandwich, which covered the whole bun and my ordered would never be messed up twice, not to mention, a meal there is only $10 and some change. a
Not sure I can continue going back to this place for rude service and messed up food constantly, especially after ordering here all the time.

Read moreTerrible manager, not managing. He is a Bad, fake person. Was nothing but nice. Never see any vehicles in line or peoples in the restaurant, clue. Last 2 times I went there ordered the same thing. Made me wait to make a fresh sandwich 6-7 minutes both times. Told me to pull up to stop sign so they can run my food out to me when it’s done. No one behind me in the drive through the whole time. Last time I ordered the sandwich told me they put the bacon away already, sorry. “We have the meats” though right. He would give me a free cookie, was never in the bag! Fry’s and cheese sticks were cold. ( left out on counter in the bag while sandwich chicken was frying). Both times chicken was raw and inedible in the middle. Last time they put so much honey mustard on my sandwich it was leaking out of packaging and toppings oozed out into paper exposing tomato end, nasty lettuce and no cheese. were trying to hide nastiness with more. or didn’t want me to come back. No receipts given both times, clue. Will never go back, bad people who don’t want to work so they are nasty to customers and literally dish it out. Got sick both times after eating. Still sick 4 days later so I felt the need to share this post. Makes me wonder how many people get sick...

So it's almost 9pm so we go through the drive-thru and there are three employees sitting on the curb by the dumpster behind the building in plain sight messing around with each other's hair. The lady took our order quick enough but when we pulled around and sat for 10-15 minutes until one of the girls from behind the building Jen came in to help her overwhelmed co-worker. Jen just threw the food out the window before verifying our order or asking for a payment method and said have a nice day and started to close the window until we had to tell her we hadn't paid and didn't have our drinks yet and instead of apologizing she immediately blamed her co-worker for not being fast enough, I will remind you she was outside messing around instead of doing her job. needles to say I will never be returning to this location again except for tomorrow to speak to management about the unacceptable way this location was ran the...
