Arby's — Restaurant in Macon

I got FOOD POISONING from you guys!!! I've been really sick tomorrow will be a week.... I ate there Mother's day... I called the manager and told her... She acted as if she didn't even care... Didn't even offer me my money back or ANYTHING! I've been a big fan if Arby's since highschool when I worked at the one on pionono Ave in the old building with Terry Favors. Im HIGHLY disappointed in Arby's... Like I said the manager kida acted like I was lying... I wish I was.... I've been soooooo sick this past week Ive actually thought I was gonna die!!! I wont be going to Arby's again... Your second attempt at trying to KILL me may be successful. I WANT MY $ BACK AND PLUS!!!!! I'M TELLING EVERYONE THAT I CAN!!! I had 2 Arby melts and loaded curly fries and a drink. Dont know which one of these items that tried to murder me! But Im highly disappointed 😔 in Arby's.... YOU WILL NOT KILL ME THIS TIME!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK PLUS SUFFERING! But I know Arby's will not do the right thing! I'll probably be ignored! But if a manager or employee got attempted murder on them " food poisoning" Im sure yall would take care of them! I just got out back on solid foods Friday.. which has been hard cause after I eat I have sharp cramps in my side... Im still suffering!!! Do yall care???? Arby's do yall really care??? PROVE IT! I went to the Arby's store on Gray highway around 10:00 p.m. . At the drive-thru I gave my order and the cashier told me that she could not hear me, I gave her my order again. There was a lot talking in the background and it was very loud. The cashier told me again that she could not hear me, I told her to tell the people in the background to be quiet so she could hear me. One of the employees came out of the back door and looked at me, he was not wearing a hat and needless to say that I did not appreciate him coming out of the back door to look at me to check me out. I came up to the window to pay for my order and two more employees came up to the drive-through window and checked me out. I did not appreciate deal checking me out. I told the cashier that I did not want my order and to give me my money back, she told me that I could not get my money back. She got the manager and I told him that I wanted my money back and he asked me why, I did not feel like going through the issue that I had with the employees and how I was feeling. So I told him I just didn't want it. There was no professionalism. I did not feel comfortable about any of those employees making my sandwich because I know what people in the restaurant business is due to food. If you go to that Arby's don't...

The young lady (Zykia) at the counter seemed to be in training. She was sweet but a little timid. That was all fine. She rang our order up with the correct food but the gyros were supposed to be on special. No biggie. Still all fine. We hadn't paid yet. The manager (Ron?) came over with a mean look on his face and basically pushed the poor girl out of the way. He was fixing it and they got someone in drive thru. The young girl was about to head over to drive thru to help (I assume since he wasn't making any indication to her that he was going to teach her how to ring it up with the promo) and when she started to walk away he motioned to her to stay put, but very sterly like he was she was in toruble. He never actually said "hey, this is what you press" or anything like that. We were the only people ordering inside and they had one other guy inside eating. Drive thru might have had 2 or 3 cars. It wasn't busy. But even if he had other things going on he could have said "hey, I'm going to fix this and remind me to show you how to do this when we aren't busy" or something. Food was great. It was hot and the gyros were fat and had enough tzatziki, but whenever I see managers with a bad attitude it just upsets the whole...
