UPDATE: And here we are again. A new day. Trying to give them more chances, and wouldnât ya know it, I get screwed over ago . Only this time I ordered 2 double egg and cheese croissants, they gave me 2 singles ones, AND they were in an absolute sorry state. And I was charged for doubles. Iâll post pictures of the terrible quality today. Literally pretty sure someone sat on them. I wonât be eating this. Yall are literally robbing people of their money. Yall will be closed down in no time with this quality.
Ya know, when you spend almost $30 at a drive thru, you would expect your food to be at the very least room temperature because you know getting hot food anymore is out of the question, but freezing cold food? Come on. Then when you order a 2 year old the 4 pc kids meal, youâd expect there to be 4 nuggets rather than 3, and when you order a sweet tea with kids meal and they give you red hi-c, and you tell them you need the correct drink, their response should never be âno, you ordered hi-câ maâam I would never order red hi-c, for a 2 year old in her Christmas outfit in my car with light colored interior. Furthermore, you ask them not to put mustard on your Autistic Childs burger TWICE, because it makes him sick and yet they pile the mustard on any ways? I mean seriously? Serve cold food, missing food, food with mustard that was asked to not be on it and flat out refuse to give me the sweet tea I asked for in the happy meal? Never again. I have tried to give this location more and more chances, but Iâm done. The quality of the food and the attitudes of the staff, makes it hard for me to justify giving them my hard earned money. Never again will I go there. WELL HERE IS AN UPDATE: 5 MONTHS LATER, tried again. ordered 2 SEC Double Decker Croissants, what I got was 2 singles and neither had cheese. Ordered 2 junior burritos that come with SEC and hashbrowns, what I got was 2 egg and cheese burritos.    Read moreI love Burger King especially for offering the impossible whopper, however today, this location offered me the worst experience I have ever had at a Burger King. My spouse and I both ordered through the app for a drive thru pickup and when I pulled up to the speaker, I let the employee know about our mobile orders. She told me that it hadn't shown up in the system yet. She told me I could pull up to the window "if I wanted" but when I got to the window, she and another worker yelled at my husband and I and repeatedly interrupted us raising their voices over us while we were trying to explain about our mobile order and show them our receipts from 15 minutes prior. I'm a pretty understanding person and I know that computers can glitch. What I cannot be okay with is being disrespected and berated by multiple burger King employees when trying to get our food orders or at least assistance in what we needed to do to get our food. They continued to yell at us and didn't even allow us to fully explain or ask questions before demanding that we "pull forward and wait for our orders to show up in their system" for an unknown amount of time. We waited over 30 minutes from start to finish and were met with nothing but rude and condescending behavior and treatment. We requested refunds and left. I never write negative reviews but I cannot recommend that anyone else waste valuable time trying to support a restaurant that you love and facing verbal abuse and mistreatment instead.
As an additional note, I do not believe that our experience was unique at this location as the gentleman in front of us also waited a long time for his order. When they finally brought it out to him, it was incorrect and he had to go back inside and get a new and completely different order than what he originally received. This information was shared with us verbally while our window was rolled down.
Do yourself a favor and eat anywhere else nearby and avoid this Burger...
   Read moreI ordered a double folded egg on my #1. When I received the flat sandwich I opened it to check to see if they added the double egg i ordered.. i opened it and it was just 1 flat folded egg cut in 2 pieces. Neither piece was folded.
The drive thru cashier Kim argued that it was folded! As if she personally made the sandwich herself and without even seeing it.
Then she took the sandwich back from me/customer and handed to the cook and then back to me. And said it was "double egg". As if I was gonna just magically now accept it as is. Very unsanitary.
I had my driver hand her the sandwich back a second time. Where she then called the manager 'Regina' who Added egg then attempted to hand me back the same but altered sandwich that traveled back and forth thru a plethora of hands.
When asking for just a refund, The manager Regina, not wearing a face mask decided to argue instead. while carrying the entire egg tray of eggs to the drive thru window to argue with me about the folded egg they cut in half to make it appear to be the order of double egg. All while speaking over the entire tray of eggs, for other customers, exposing them to the elements of the drive thru window, all while not wearing a mask.
I told her I was in a lyft, and she's wasting my and her time, just give me a refund. but the manager Regina just wanted to argue and show us the flat single eggs as if they were folded.
