Waffle House — Restaurant in Macon

It is hard to tell when I was there, probably about a year ago, my employer brought our crew to eat there on our way to the jobsite in the evening. I do not say that the food here is awful, I was in WH actually only once, it is OK, but the associates that work there do adsolutely not care about customers, like at all. I mean I know they work only to make a minimum wage, but you could at least not have such disdain look in your eyes and do not serve customers like we distract you from talking with other associates when in fact it is most likely the only thing you do when not warming premade food, I mean, you do not know me, and even if I look as an immigrant, there is no need for such distress in the air. We visited Waffle House on Friday around 5 PM. Our waitress (She had bright red braids, which stood out and gave her a bold, distinctive look) seemed uninterested and appeared to be in a bad mood. When she approached our table, she simply asked, "Meal?" We ordered a meal along with two coffees. Unfortunately, the coffee was cold, and it became even colder when we added cream.

A few minutes later, she came to pick up the "unused cream," but I told her we wanted a refill. She seemed confused, as if I was asking for the impossible, so I clarified that we wanted "more coffee." She then walked away without bringing any additional coffee or refills.

We paid and left, disappointed with the poor service. Overall, it was one of the worst service...

They don’t even deserve 1 star!!! Customer service was HORRIBLE AND RUDE!!! I placed my order and had to repeat myself the whole time at that. Then they CALLED ME BACK and asked did I want to place a order, told them I already did, and they JUST HUNG UP!! Nothing else was said when I said I just placed one. Get to the place and they didn’t cook my food because they TOLD ME they called back and asked did you know what road it was on. THAT WAS NEVER SAID ON THE PHONE AT ALL!! I’m from Michigan THIS IS MY FIRST TIME EVER GOING TO THIS PLACE. So to be treated like that was WRONG! Was no type of courtesy or genuine responses at all!! I went down the street to other one, store #872 and they did GREAT!!! So it definitely was just that Waffle House that...
