listen, they are clean and well run. they also have many things to offer but. it is very frustrating and annoying to not be allowed to make your own samples.. i am a very big clean freak and i asked to make a sample and one of the little girls scooted in front of me to do it for me. it has nothing to do against her but this has happened more than once to my friends and i. this is why we have not come back. i bet some people might like someone to give a helping hand !! but when you're having a bad day ,in a rush, or just want to do something on your own, things like that are a bit much. i think it'd be beneficial for the business to let the girls help and give advice on what to get. also offer to get the samples but if someone doesn't want them to get it , then the customers can...

Amazing woman working behind the counter. I went in with my 3 kids (who were all super excited for ice cream because it’s a rare treat). She helped them put the toppings on their treats while I got ice cream for myself and their dad. She was just so helpful the whole time. They had a broad range of flavors and mine tasted delicious! All of the kids loved theirs too! The store was spotless and fresh, and they had plenty of seating and even little kids tables. Too cute! Can’t wait to...

I love frozen yogurt places like this. My only complaints is that it is no longer self serve (i’m guessing since COVID) I feel like you could get a lot more for your money if I was actually able to fix the toppings I would like instead of having to limit it to a tablespoon of two toppings. Also, I have been to this location a couple of times over the years and have only seen the owner and her child working, while it is sweet— it isn't efficient. Please hire staff or bring back...
