Order two sandwiches online. Said it would be ready by 1:15pm. I arrive at 1:20pm and it still wasn't made, no problem, I can wait. Stand in line for additional 15 minutes. The guy is by himself making the sandwich while two females are in the back laughing and carrying on. Guy says, "we can't make your steak and cheese because we ran out of steak." He proceeds to make the second sandwich while I try to call my friend to tell him he has to pick another sandwich. I tell the man the replacement sandwich. As he is making it I noticed there is no lettuce. Says they are out. I asked if the first sandwich had lettuce on it, he says no. So he wasn't going to tell me there wasn't lettuce on it. It would have just been a surprise when i opened it. I understand how the food industry is and how overwhelming it can be, but at least communicate with the customers. This placed moved real slow and the workers seem very slacked. There score inside said 82. I think I'm have to travel further to the next Subway...
Read moreI made two Separate orders that I was preordering for pick up at 5:00pm. My boyfriend is going in to pick up the orders and the employees have no recollection whatsoever of my two order names or anything. He calls me to verify that I put the order in at the right place and indeed I did! The employees say that they don’t have it. I checked my email for my order confirmations and instead I see that Subway had cancelled both orders out!!! I explained through the phone on speaker how was that possible when I did not cancel any of my orders and my money was taken off my card. The employees then stated that if orders aren’t picked up in a timely manner that they will cancel out by itself. Stupid, unprofessional, inconsiderate, and inconvenient! No reason for any of my orders not to be ready when there was about 2 hour gap from pick up! Now I’m inconvenienced with waiting for a refund of my money to get back on my card. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS SUBWAY....
Read moreI got a 6in cold cut sub, bag of chips and a bottle drink, because the soda machine was down. My total was $19.29. I then questioned her why it was so high. The lady ( server 23328) told me cause it was due to price going up on Subways food. I told her that was terrible and was to high for that little of a order, and I would not be back. That FIREHOUSE SUB way cheaper than them. She then hurried and put everything in a bag, and I left. Once I arrived back at work, I then seen the receipt in bag looked at it and realized she had charged me for a whole other meal ( Tuna sub and drink). I immediately tried to call, this was at 12:45 pm and still have not got in touch with anyone and it is now 5:00. She should have caught that she double charged me. She does this job everyday.
