Wendy's — Restaurant in Macon

I went through the drive thru in between 10:30 and 11 pm and the attendant was very rude not only to me but to the person giving their order behind me, when I pulled up to the window he rolled his eyes and then proceeded to finish the other persons order. When I started to ask if he was alright he rolled the window shut. So ok I pull to the next window to get my food and drink. After the second guy gave me my drink and I took a sip it was not the sweet tea with light ice that I ordered. For 1 the cup was full of ice and when I told the guy what was wrong he was like oh that’s the machine, it gave u fizz tea. Ok like I’ve never heard of fizz tea in my life. When I tried handing him the tainted tea he was like oh yea no we don’t take back the cups. This Wendy’s is usually pretty good at night and during the afternoon, I’ve never had an experience like this before but they really need to work on their customer service voice and learn to properly take orders....

I just placed an order online went to the drive thru for pick up. They asked me to pull up they were waiting on cheese sauce for my topped fries. I ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget and baconator fries. I pulled up and waited approximately 12 min to receive my food. When i got home, I noticed grease in my seat when I picked up the bag of food to bring inside. Still unsure, however when I started pulling my food out of the bag, I quickly figured out where thr grease was coming from....it was the fries. When I tell you they were sitting in about an inch of GREASE, I am not exaggerating. Ill attach a video for proof. I knew I couldn't eat them, so I thought maybe my dog (who will eat anything) turned her nose up at them and only ate a few pieces of bacon off the top. So that's proof they...

After a long day of traveling from E TN to Macon, we went to the closest Wendy’s . Drive thru was backed up so we went inside. There was no supplies out….Napkins, cup lids, straws, nothing!After 5+ minutes of waiting we placed our order. No small side salads so I ordered a sour cream and chives baked potato….they were out of chives. When we got our food we ask for napkins, didn’t get any. Hubby ordered a Biggie bag. His burger was cold, fries were warm. My potato was gross! It was barely warm and looked grey from being cooked and overheated likely a few days old. Took it back, they said they would replace it but it would be 15 minutes! Wish I had taken a pic to show how gross it was. We left without a replacement potato or $ back. Will NOT patronize this...
