The people that work here are very nice however it’s poorly managed! I come in the other day and there was a couple in front of me and they ordered 2 quart size ices and my boyfriend and I were ordering two regular size and there were three people including a manager standing inside as if it takes three people to weigh somebody’s ice. Very disappointed. My friend and I went to Rita’s tonight for a sweet treat and all I wanted was a gelati. Hence, I proceeded to order one with excitement. I was very disappointed when I got to the bottom of my cup and there was NO ice cream on the bottom. $4.99 for small Gelati and $5.79 for a Large Gelati came out to be $15.22...Why? Cause I asked for her to put a little more custard than ice at the bottom. I have been going for years and ask for that every time, with no extra charge. Now you are telling me it's an extra $1+ for a little bit of extra custard.
