DISAPPOINTING UPDATE APRIL 2021 at bottom Jan 2021 Five of us went there on Saturday night for a birthday dinner. It was great! It was chilly outside so although I had planned to eat in their attractive outdoor area, we had no problem with social distancing inside in the perfect booth. Everyone was happy with their food. Four of us ate beautifully presented sushi, and one was an amazing peanut Thai dish. The interior Decour is very nice and service was sweet and pleasant. I imagine if they were completely crowded, They might be understaffed but it was fine for us For this evening,and we will definitely be back as soon as possible! APRIL 25 Well. Sunday at 5:40 the restaurant was starting to fill up. It opens at five. It took a while just to get to place our order. I should've known then we were in trouble. My companion ordered 2 sushi rolls And a side salad. Very simple order,I ordered Penang chicken And soup. Honestly if I wanted to spend my anniversary dinner eating alone, it would not have been here. All four items came out greatly delayed and at different times.I watched her eat. She watched me eat and it took a long time for everything. The same exact meal ordered in Sarasota I would've been home watching television while I was still waiting at this restaurant . Delayed..Especially the Penang chicken. , Now and then the server would sweetly say I can't control this. It's a different kitchen where the Thai food is made. I won't be back. It was ridiculous. Understaffed!!!! . And yet people around us all came and went. Perhaps it's because we ordered two different types of food. I don't care what the reason...

me and my boyfriend have been coming here for years and i don’t think we’ll be returning anytime soon. to start our server started taking our drink order then came back and she said verbatim “can you order now?” which seemed to be a little off putting considering we had only been at the table for about 5 minutes but thankfully we were ready anyway. cut to about 10-15 minutes later i get up to use the women’s room and there was literal human shit smeared on the first stall toilet seat and all on the floor. so when our server came back with our food i told her that i just wanted to let her know that someone had an accident on the floor in the restroom and she got visibly irritated and made excuses as to that she was so busy and didn’t have time to clean it and that she knew it was there. (from what we saw she only had one other table besides us) not to mention we weren’t telling her specially to go clean it we were just informing her of the situation. the entire interaction was just super uncomfortable and awkward didn’t make us feel welcome considering i was just trying to make them aware of a major health code violation. after that interaction we asked another server who was incredibly nice and was willing to help us out by getting us some boxes and paying for our check. the entire experience was just very upsetting for us since we’ve been coming...

If you like sushi please come here but ignore the rest of the entree's. I looked very much forward to my pick up order, only to be disappointed with the flavors of the food I was given. I was greatly disappointed to be given a petty portion of beef in plenty of sauce (to be fair no lack of sauce) but the veggies I saw were not cooked with the protein! They were separate and bland. Was I supposed to cook them together at home? The beef itself was dry only saved by the teriyaki sauce. The white rice was as good as unseasoned white rice gets. The chicken fried rice with an egg I got was another disappointments. This was not a fried rice but what I got was some rice tossed in together with thinly sliced precooked chicken that was not seasoned and some veggies. If you know fried rice you know that it is a dish that is greater than the sum of its parts when made right....this was a trail mix of ingredients that lacked seasoning and tact. The egg on the fried rice was cooked perfectly to be fair. Lastly my wife got the Mexican roll and Master of disaster roll. Saving grace were these two dishes.
