We have never had an issue with Starbucks. This is the worst experience we have had with our family. To the shift leader who came up to the drive-thru window, and said we were rediculous in front of our children. She needs to retrain and correct her mistake before this locations loses more loyal customers. Especially after she was given the opportunity to apologize. She went on to slamming the window on us and walked away. She didn’t want to give us her name and asked her coworkers Emi and Alex to not share it with us either. Read moreNoticed that they always make what I order different all the time never taste the same I go to two locations in town the one near where I live and this location close to my work, the Starbucks next to my house always gets my order to taste the same if they do get it wrong they will remake it and give you a new drink but NOT at this location!! If they mess up your order here(happens often) they are hard to work with.
