Most disappointing Pizza Factory location. Thought we’d try this one since it’s newer and in town. Called in the order to have it ready upon arrival but it still took a little extra time. That’s fine, but the order wasn't correct. The menu isn’t the same at this location as it is at the others so I can’t decide who’s at fault for the incorrect order. I expected my usual order, not a bunch of differences and extras. They tried to remake what I was asking but it was still different. They remained friendly and eager to help even with all of my obvious disapproval. Nonetheless, the pizza was spun too thin in the middle making for an unusually thick crust and a floppy middle. The screens used to cook the pizza and breadsticks weren’t clean because there’s a strange burnt additive to the bottom of the food we ordered. Not one slice of anything had been cut all the way through, had to tear the breading on everything, not just the cheese that melts back together but through the breading. I had high hopes for this new location of such an amazing franchise but I am left surprised how disappointing it is. For what I pay for Pizza Factory I do have higher expectations. It’s worth it to drive out to the Ranchos or up to Friant. Even out to First and Nees or Herndon and Marks in Fresno. Oakhurst is good too. But I won’t go back to this one. I know there is a market for the changes made at this location but it’s...
Read moreWow, for a relatively new business I must say I would expect far better, we ordered a large pizza, half combination and half cheese and pepperoni with black olives, we also asked for pineapple on the combination side, what we got was as far from what we asked for as possible. Zero pineapple on the combination side, a few pieces of scattered meat , lots of onions, bell peppers, a few mushrooms and scattered black olives trying to make this look like a combination pizza which failed horrendously, the black olives should have been on the pepperoni side. Called and complained about this miserable looking excuse of a pizza and spoke to someone who barely spoke legible English telling me she would waive the six dollar delivery fee on my next order like that should impress me after a 52 dollar pizza and six piece wing failed to do just that,,, Are you kidding me with this pathetic excuse for a pizza and six wings? 52 dollars of the most horrible food I have eaten in quite some time as well as zero customer service and absolutely no professionalism, there will not be a next time. Zero second chances at a first impression. Pathetic doesn't...
Read moreI usually look forward to trying new pizza places, but my visit to this restaurant was profoundly disappointing. I ordered a classic pepperoni pizza hoping for a delightful meal based on some online recommendations. The reality, however, fell dramatically short of my expectations. First off, the wait time was excessive; it took almost an hour to receive our food even though the place wasn't that crowded. The pizzas themselves were underwhelming, the crust on both was doughy and undercooked. The sauce was bland, tasting more like unseasoned tomato paste than a rich pizza sauce. The cheese was thinly scattered over the top, leading to an unbalanced ratio of sauce, cheese, and bread.
Moreover, the cleanliness of the dining area left much to be desired, and the staff seemed indifferent to guest experiences, showing little interest in addressing issues or making patrons feel welcome. Given the plethora of better options out there, I can’t recommend this establishment and won’t...
