Poorly trained for food prep station. This location has given my mobile order away to someone else. They have given me the wrong breakfast sandwich and ones that were still ice cold in the middle. They almost always mess up oatmeal order. How do you mess up oatmeal? Put in the wrong toppings, leave out the toppings all together, and put in toppings that are so far past the expiration date they are clearly and visibly MOLDED. They have filled the oatmeal container with WATER nearly to top so that it spills out onto your seat while driving despite there being a fill line on the outside of the container. My order yesterday was absolutely ridiculous. The oatmeal was practically dry because it was filled well below the fill line and it was cold. They actually put in COLD WATER. The oats obviously did not cook. This location is a drive thru/walk up only so they don't care if they get your order right because by the time you check it is too late. I usually do a mobile order before going in to work. The parking lot is small so parking is a hassle. I called when the food was molded but calling in about their mistakes doesn't help them fix anything. I don't order all the time. Maybe once a month or so from this location but nine times out of ten they mess it up. I am officially done with this location on Country Club Drive. Go somewhere else to order. During my trip through the drive-thru, I was subjected to one of the most unprofessional and discriminatory experiences I’ve ever encountered. The man working the window referred to me as a "ninja" (a term I’ve come to understand is often used as coded language for a racial slur). His exact words when I approached the window "Whats up my ninja" What made the situation even worse was the reaction of the other staff members. Rather than correcting or distancing themselves from the remark, they appeared momentarily shocked and then laughed along with him. To be clear, I am not African American, and neither was this employee, but no one should ever be spoken to or about in such a demeaning manner, regardless of their background. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any setting, let alone a place of business that serves the public. I hope this matter is taken seriously by management and addressed appropriately.
