Arby's — Restaurant in Madison Heights

I have to say I don't come this Arby's often but so far I never been disappointed. The service and food is always good. Unlike some places I can't recall ever coming here and ordering something only to find out they are out of it. I've also never come here only to find out that the register isn't working or that the shake machine is down. Which if you've ever had the Jamocha shake which is Delicious! and had a taste for one and couldn't get it you know what I mean. Though on this trip I didn't get a shake. I did try the New Market Fresh Strawberry Lemonade though, which is really good. It was made just right. I also got the hot honey boneless wings and white cheddar Mac n cheese. The wings were cooked just right and not undercooked (I say this because unfortunately I have received some from another Arby's before that was 🤢). Lastly I'm not a big mac n' cheese fan but I love their white cheddar mac n' cheese it's so good. I definitely recommend that if you like Arby's or would like to try any of those things and your over this way to stop by. Hope you have a good...

I went last night around 11 at night and I got there 2 cars just was taken before me I get to the speaker they say wait no problem we waited after 7 mins we checked to see if they forgot about us they told us wait again 14 mins go by and the lines starts to build up and they tell me I'm sorry we have 3 massive doordash orders as if I'm suppose to have sympathy for doordash customers all me and my girl wanted was a milkshake they had just waste 15 mins in line for no reason no fast food should have you wait that long and don't even take your order ! I eont know who as the shift leader for 03-30-2023 at 11 at night but there horrible that's not how a business is ran you could've pulled up and made them 2 milkshakes people don't wanna do there job and I won't be coming bck here again until somebody learns how to properly run a business not putting the drive thur on hold because of onlime orders sjort staffedior not ! we shouldn't have to deal with this 2 milkshakes he couldn't make 2 milkshakes cause they had massive...

Recently moved to the area and had a hankerin' for a beef and cheddar. Found an Arby's 2 miles from my place.

I pull up and that autovoice asks me what I want. Then the real person comes on and the contrast in tone is SEVERE. This woman sounds like she could not be bothered. Like the rest of the world is the biggest inconvenience to her.

When I pull up to the window, I can see all the workers in the back and front. They all look either mad or bored. Definitely not instilling confidence in the food.

It was lukewarm. The beef n cheddar were so messy that it was impossible not to get it everywhere. Everything, including the meat, was mostly off of the bun.

The most annoying part, however, was that they wanted me to back up my car a few feet and then drive up again.

Why, you may ask?

I've worked in fast food. They're on a timer. And they weren't going to make their time for their metrics, so they wanted me to reset the clock. UNBELIEVABLE.

Never going back to this location again. Completely...
