I made it to this Red lobster because I go to the dentist in this area so I wind up going here for lunch. I walked in the door and I was a little confused cuz you had people standing in the pickup line and you had some people that was sitting down by the pickup line. I was standing there for about 10 minutes to first person looked at me and walked away, so now that the pickup line is empty and nobody is standing there I stood there the lady came in look me dead in my face walk back out and close the door, 😐 I wasn't upset or anything I just stood there a little bit longer lady comes out she goes to the concession stand look right at me never said anything I go over to the concession stand and I say hey are you guys seating anyone yet she throws her hand out and says I think it's a Wait and I said I apologize I'm just trying to be seated I didn't want to bother you because it seemed like you were a little bothered by me asking the question. She tells me no there's something going on in the back. ( Like the back had anything to do with me) lol 😅 I get my waitress she just the sweetest pie she did what she can do I ordered my food my food came out it was very blend no type of flavoring. the fish don't ask what kind it was, It had no type of flavor even the batter was terrible. Only thing made it taste good was the tartar sauce. The coleslaw was definitely outdated You can smell it and I taste it, I gave it back to my waitress she said okay I will let my manager know she came back out and said the manager said that there was mustard inside of the coleslaw. That's why it had a funny taste 🥴 (no way) I told my waitress I said if it was mustard inside of it or not that coleslaw is definitely outdated It still spoiled and old. She gave me that look like I know and said I tried to tell her. The atmosphere inside of this Red lobster is terrible there has to be a bad seed in here somewhere and something tells me it could be the manager. Poor waitresses look lost and confused and whatever happened in that back it had all of them Lost and confused. I was so happy and so gracious that I was able to have me a little bit of Red lobster cuz it's been a minute for me going to franchise restaurants. At the end of the day I still tip my waitress because she did her thing they could take their food back to wherever it came from get a new cook. And somebody please rotate the coleslaw because you can't have two weeks cold saw in the refrigerator, serving it on the third week 🤣 And however please get new managers cuz the ones that's in there is really going to drive them poor servers and cooks bartenders barbacks insane. There's no way that this restaurant just opened up in the afternoon and everybody was just over whelmed and so confused. The reason for managers is get your crew together have that good conversation get them all geeked up so they can make tips and be happy at the end of the day I would not like to work for a restaurant if I have to walk around like I'm just confused and don't know what to do. You should not be working in confusion. Knowing and understanding is a better feeling and you will get a better outcome. Keep making that...
Read moreMy daughter loves Red Lobster, so the service we received was quite disappointing. We were seated right away (👍🏼). However, our waitress was not attentive whatsoever. She was polite, but was a ghost in the same breath. I asked for water to drink while we reviewed the menu, as new items had been added. 23 minutes later she comes back, without water, to take our order. For the drinks, we ordered an apple juice and a virgin strawberry daiquiri. For the meals we ordered the Ultimate Feast (lobster tail, shrimp scampi, Walt's favorite shrimp, crab legs, and 2 sides) and the Mariner's Feast (Salmon smeared with lobster cream sauce on rice, walt's favorite shrimp, scallops, and 2 sides). I asked for biscuits because the kid was hungry, and I thought they were supposed to automatically give you the biscuits at Red Lobster 🤷🏽♀️. 10 minutes later she returns with only an apple juice, no straw, and said she'll be back with my VSD. Another 15 minutes later, my drink (with a straw) and the biscuits come. Over an hour later another waitress brings our food, and literally nothing was hot or even warm for that matter. 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️ The fries were already experiencing rigor mortus, the crab legs were cold, dried out, and mummified too, the scallops were still raw with a little sun tan... The waitress never came back to ask how the food was or if we needed anything. However, about 15 minutes into eating, mid stride on to the promise land she sure placed the tablet on the table and said, " you can pay whenever you're ready". 🧐🤔 Like bruh, where the heck have you been all my life? I thought you quit after we ordered. I legit thought she quit, because she was goners. Did a whole mental clap for her because she saw her worth, just for this chic to still work there but dipped out for spring break, and popped back up with the bill. If I hadn't allowed my kid to pick the food in celebration of her earning a 4.0, we would have bounced after the first milk run the waitress went on. And no, we never received the water or the straw for the...
Read moreMy son and I had the worst experience. Server took 20 mins just to tell us he was so busy with a big party. No water, no biscuits. When he finally brought them, no napkins or silverware, even tho I asked for them. He took an order of a table that came after us. We ordered about 15 minutes after that,. We were waiting and waiting and had to ask him to bring my sons side salad before our meals. He threw it down, and started to run away, we still had no silverware, and I asked again. He said ok, then just disappeared. I had to get up and ask another server who brought silverware over right away. Food took forever. Very skimpy piece of fish for 16.99. Server never filled my water up, never asked if everything was OK, never offered son another lemonade, he had to ask for it. His baked potato came with no butter or sour cream. The server walked by many times, never even looked at us. We were done eating with empty dishes, about 15 min later he comes by and says "How you doing?" I said we are done. He finally brought bill, had to go get a pen. Throws it down and never said Thank you, or Have a good night. It all began to feel like it was intentional I DID NOT TIP HIM, and I was a Server for years and respect the profession. We were totally disrespected from the time we arrived until the time we left. The manager never came by to see how everything was either, but he looked like he didn't want to be there either, so I felt what was the point in complaining. And I wouldn't even know where to begin. So disappointed and will never be back. I realized after I left I never got my Cole slaw that came with my meal either. Worst experience at a restaurant in my life, and we...
