Very very very disappointed with my last visit.. Took a friend with me this day for her first time bragging about how good the food always is and the Corn Beef is so delicious. Worst experience ever, we both order corn beefs but two different way. Mine on rye with Swiss and American cheese, hers on onion roll with Swiss, lettuce and tomatoes. I don’t eat tomatoes but guess who sandwich came out with tomatoes and lettuce MINE. We told the waitress the issue and I explained to her that I didn’t eat tomatoes so could they remake my sandwich please she was like sure no problem. I watched this waitress go to the kitchen and hand pick the lettuces and tomatoes off of my sandwich and put it on my friend sandwich. Oh I was upset to see that... The waitress comes back out as if they was freshly made. I explained to her what I seen her do and she denied it until I pulled my bread back it still see pieces of lettuces left behind that she didn’t pick off and tomato prints in the bread from where the tomatoes was. The waitress then had an attitude cause I called her out on her wrong doings and it went down hill from there. This was wrong on so many levels to the point of us leaving. This restaurant has changed, some the the waitresses needs to be retrained on customer service. Will not...

Almost all of our food was either undercooked or overcooked. The philly wrap I ordered was missing the moist dressing that it comes with which ended up making it extremely dry and tough to chew. My wifes soup and salad only took a minute to bring out which made us question how it was given to us that fast. The salad looked like it was sitting there for awhile and the soup just looked awful. My wife had an issue with her water to which I thought she was just joking with me. I took a sip and it was horrendous, I thought mine would taste the same but it did not, which makes us worried that they did something to her drink. The only good thing we ate here were the fries and that's it.

We would have brought this up to our waitress but as soon as we walked into the place we were given odd looks by both the customers and staff. It was like, we were the first interracial couple that they have seen.

I remember coming here with my family years ago without my wife and had no issues, but something about this visit just made me not want to go...

My experience at this restaurant was very nice For a very long time. However I got extremely bad service one day and decided to leave and contact the manager. It took quite a few days to sit down with the manager but he said that he was going to give me a few free meals. He apologized to me and said he was going to make this right; after all, I had been coming in there almost daily for almost a year. This however did not happen. After patiently hearing me out and apologizing I came back for a second meal for free after my first one and he told me that there would be no more free meals and that's not what he said anyway. After being embarrassed by his waitresses, he in turns lies to my face. He knows he said he was going to make this right; he even said he'd make me something for dinner. This is my thanks for having spent over $1,000 there. Why did Frank lie, I do not know . But I know what he said and he knows...
