The absolute worst customer service ever!!!! (Tyesha was the very rude employee who waited on me) I ordered a large coffee to go and was asked by Tyesha would I like anything else, I replied no. She poured my coffee I told her I wanted 1 cream and 4 sugars. Tyesha the let out a very rude sigh stepped to the side and began to openly complain to her fellow employee about asking me if I wanted anything else and me saying no and her having to add 4 sugars and 1 cream to my cup of coffee after she filled it up to the top. She was so rude and loud other customers in the loby could her her and this lady was very offended by her behavior. The lady said to her isn't it your job? Tyesha smacked her lips rolled her eyes and scoffed. First off, it's your job to wait on customers???And asking if I wanted to order anything else doesn't mean I do not want cream and sugar in my coffee. Most employees at places that serve breakfast know to ask if you want cream or sugar when a customer orders coffee. This is the same woman I seen get upset at a customer because she had to remake an order she got wrong in the first place. Management needs to re-train Tyesha because her customer service skills are terrible. 12 mile, Madison Heights- I will not go back to this location again!!! Read moreI love the week crew. They are polite, fast and apologize when things are wrong and fix it no questions asked. However things at this location are wrong a lot, and it gets even worse with the weekend crew. The lines are way longer, the food's wrong even more, and the staff is extremely rude. This morning I waited in line for close to 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru just to have my order wrong. When I went inside to have it corrected one of the employees played the blame game and the lady who fixed my food was giving me a dirty look and attitude the whole time. She even said something snarky to her coworker about "here just give it to her."
I live right down the road, I come here all the time, and am nice even when the foods wrong. But today actions not only upset me but also made me miss an appointment.
