This place became junk. So to start off, they didn’t even greet me when I walked in like the rochester hills always does. The workers there were emotionless or “stereh” as we say in my native language. They barely speak and are not enthusiastic at all. Now that’s all fine and dandy if the food was actually done right, but unfortunately, it wasn’t.
The chicken sandwich was good, i will give them that, nice and spicy, however it did give me a bit of acid reflux that i usually don’t get from the Rochester location, but I can’t blame them for that, as I really don’t know if that was just a coincidence. I also got a drink, and when I was going to put ice, I looked at the clear cylinder that dispenses the ice, and there was literally a dirty brown circle around the cylinder, so I’d heavily advise not to use their ice machine, it is NOT like that at the Rochester location. If you go there now, go and check, as I unfortunately did not take a picture of that filth
Since I got the value basket I also got the fries, the fries were crispy, but they gave me like 10 fries for a medium and I usually get loaded with fries. I used to go to this location months ago and it used to be great, I’m not sure what happened because it seems like that same manager is there, but I don’t know even she even really cares anymore about the quality. I wouldn’t even be able to tell the difference between the small and medium fries with these people, I should’ve just got the small at that point, I would’ve saved money and ate the same amount of fries.
My coke was also not good because I couldn’t put ice because of how filthy that ice dispenser was.
Now lastly, I got a custard, and I’ve gotten the devils food cake flavor before, it’s supposed to be chocolate custard, huge brownie pieces, fudge, and chocolate pieces. This one had EXTREMELY tiny pieces, barely any pieces as well. There was also barely any chocolate and NO fudge at all. There was also barely any ice cream, Rochester fills it up to the brim and this location used to as well, but like I said, it seemed like everyone at this location was high and didn’t have a care in the world.
The lady gave me my custard, took my number and left, she didn’t say here you go, didn’t say enjoy, didn’t say anything, what a joke.
This place could only dream of having the enthusiasm and drive of the Rochester location, when you have people who don’t know how to run a business hire anyone that breathes, you have problems like these arise within the business. I get it’s hard to find people with that much enthusiasm at a job probably paying minimum wage, but there’s always going to be people who care about their public image and would rather not come to work high or with colored hair. It’s up to the owner of this location to find it, but I don’t think this owner has the courage or the drive to make this location great like Rochester Hills.
Final note, even if the food was better than Rochester hills location, just seeing the workers at Rochester hills is 100x better than seeing the unhappy emotionless workers that are here, that’s how you keep customers loyal and happy to be there. Take notes. Won’t come at this location again, same level as the Clawson...

I had asked the gentleman what came in a certain combo meal on the burger. The gentlemen's response was literally normal Burger stuff. No explanation of what his de specialty Burger was what came on the burger what the mule until nothing. So then customer service was at the window was horrible due to the manager which I told was the issue pretty much Shrugged about the situation like she didn't care. So then I decided after calling and making report about this already once let me try it again. So I just left there again I paid $10 for a meal the customer service was horrible the lady at the window taking the order was a complete b* and then again I still had the same young man coming deliver my meal to me than I had last time who is literally an airhead and very impolite and rude. So to get back to this sandwich I paid $10 for a specialty sandwich so I get the sandwich after waiting for it when it's absolutely dead and the sandwich is literally two beef patties and cheese. My nine-year-old daughter Can Make a Better Burger than this place. McDonald's offers a Better Burger than this. This burger had no flavor was Dripping grease everywhere and literally tasted like I was just biting into a cow no flavor not to mention the fries that this place has to offer taste like some s I could get a good Gordon Food Service. The manager was never alerted any of the times and I am still waiting for some type of compensation. They offered me a free milkshake to make it all good the first time but I'm lactose intolerant and I told them that so I stood there with nothing. The second time nothing was offered and I requested a refund which I did not receive. The third time which was the most recent and quite possibly the last I sat in the Drive-Thru for over 20 minutes and 15 of those minutes where after I had placed my order. I eventually had to get out of my car and go inside to see where my food was. Again I requested a refund which I did not receive. nobody seems to know what's going on there including the management.
