Extremely slow. Sat at the window at 6:33 PM for 6 minutes watching the cashier talk on a cell phone. This is after waiting 13 min for the two people in front of me to be served. I asked for a rally Burger no cheese. When handed my food I noticed the receipt on the bag did not specify no cheese so I asked if they had remembered the no cheese portion. I was assured (by the same same woman who had been talking on her cell phone) that yes they left the cheese off. I got to my destination and guess what: there was cheese. In addition all of our food was cold. I called the location. After twelve rings a woman answered. I asked to speak to someone regarding my order and she said "that's me." I started to say that when in the drive-through I asked if they had left the cheese of my Burger. She did not allow me to finish explaining the issue (probably because she already knew what the issue would be). She interrupted me to say in a very curt tone "well that's not my fault that's the problem of the sandwich maker." I then (I'll admit she set me off so I was a bit short at this point) pointed out that perhaps the focus should be more on order accuracy and speed and less on cell phone conversations, to which she again interrupted me "oh that was my GM trying to get lids in the store." Sorry - (1) when you have a long line during the dinner rush time is not the time for lengthy CELL PHONE conversations with management (2) there is no excuse for that kind of wait times in fast food (3) it was rather obvious she knew the order was wrong when I first questioned it but she didn't want to have it remade (4) cell phone slowed down food delivery resulting in cold food and (5) the absolutely most unprofessional and rise response I have ever heard to any feedback to any place of business, let alone a...
Read moreThey're SUPER nice and my son wouldn't stop going off about how delicious everything was. I asked what burger would be closest to the Garlic Butter Burger that they used to have. The girl didn't know so she asked a coworker. No one knew, so she very politely and patiently suggested I tell her what was on it so they could make it. Then she suggested some garlic sauce and it did the trick. The girl, whose name, I believe is Kat, was so sweet and helpful. My 10 year old son went off about the service too. She was so nice that he kept insisting I rate them five stars. So I'm doing that. He said we're going there now. lol. He's got a new obsession. It's so hard to get good customer service nowadays. Very refreshing to go to a place where the people are welcoming and want you to love your meal, like the good ol days when I worked in food service. Even my son said how rare excellent service is, so we just wanted to make sure to give credit where it's absolutely due. My son said Rallys needs to give...
Read moreWhen we went the line was really backed up and you couldn't go inside because the lobby was closed (which was fine, but it was still weird because they had a sign saying "open" up in front of the lobby) the drive thru took about 30-40 minutes. When we got to the window you could hear people screaming and coughing. The person who gave us our order got it wrong the first time, and apologized but they were really sweaty and shaking... I am positive that there were some kind of stimulants rattling around their pockets. I honestly think that they were doing some amphetamines just to stay up late enough and finish the job. They both acted irritable, yet cordial. This establishment overworks their employees and if an employee gets harrassed they just transfer them to a different location. It is bad for workers, and what is bad for them is bad for everyone. The chicken bites gave me acid reflux, but the...
