We ordered our food online and it had a ready time of 12:16. We got there at 12:20 and told them we are picking up online order. They were calling names as the orders were ready. At 12:38 I asked them the status of our order. Only to find out everything was ready and it had been sitting there. Our pizza was supposed to be a large and it was a medium. After further review the toppings weren't even correct. They made it right let us keep the wrong Pizza and made us a new pizza properly. The pizza was very good. The schiacciata sandwiches we got were excellent. Unfortunately the Italian hero was not. The sub roll wasn't that great and they also messed that order up as well. All in all some of the things were phenomenal and some of the things were just mediocre. I was glad the owner made things right with the pizza. Wasn't thrilled about having to wait all that time when our order was already ready. That may not seem like much but when you're on vacation and extra half an hour it's not fun. I would definitely go back and stick to pizza and sandwiches on the schiacciata bread. Things to avoid are there sandwiches that are on the hero rolls and the stuffed breads they make in my opinion. Also I would avoid going at the middle of lunch as we did and they're extremely busy and probably overwhelmed.

Absolutely, hands down, not even a contest… the best deli sandwich shop in Connecticut! More sandwiches than you can count, they have sandwiches I never knew were even possible!!! Fantastic service, great sandwiches and sides. If you’re down visiting Meigs Point or Hammonasset beach park… and if you get hungry… go to Bradley & Wall and you won’t be disappointed. No, I don’t know the owner and I’m not being coerced to write this review. Bradley & Wall simply make the best sandwiches!

Tried to order a sub. Girl on the phone made it impossible! I keep telling her I wanted a turkey sub a certain way and she kept changing my order to a southwest wrap. Gave her a second chance at taking my order. Again. Tried to sell me a totally different sandwich. Girls on drugs or something. - we were giving this place the benefit of the doubt after getting this sandwich last week. Terrible generation ruining a generational sandwich shop. Great job! Never again. Don’t do drugs.

I absolutely love this place! I used to live one town east of there and I would go there all the time and get salads, wraps, they have the absolute best penne à la vodka as well as chicken cutlets. They have a huge hot bar when you go in plus a board of sandwiches and they do carry Boar's Head Meats. They also sell pizza by the slices and make pizzas, calzones and what not to go family-owned business. But now I live about 8 exits away so I don't get to go there that often. However, the other day I had a doctor's appointment in that town so I stopped on the way home. Besides getting a small metal tin full of penne alla vodka. They actually had stuffed brigatoni with penne à la vodka sauce. So I got a container of that as well as three chicken cutlets and the chicken cutlets are huge. Now there's certain foods they always have in the hot bar like mac and cheese which is white cheese, the penny ala vodka, grilled chicken chicken cutles, sausage and peppers veal cutlets. And then there's surprise dishes of the day in there. If you want a certain salad they'll make it for you like they can tweak it or make what you want. Same thing with the wraps. They also have homemade rice pudding which is phenomenal. I have to start going there more. I can get that food and it lasts me a couple of days. I mean by the time you would buy the stuff to make well that stuff it will cost more than what it cost to get this and then you just heat it up. Everybody that works. There is extremely friendly, especially the owner. Rob. If you in the area try it out. You won't be disappointed. I mean you can literally get a large salad. They have so many different kinds use that as a pre-dinner or with dinner and order a pizza or get a large hot container of penny, ala, vodka, mac and cheese or some other kind of pasta they have. They always have a seafood too. Usually a salmon. I'm not a salmon fan. My dad likes salmon. There's this one salad my mother loves that has shrimp in it. She loves it. And same thing if a salad has chicken in it and you want shrimp instead. Not a problem and their salads that have no meat. And if you want to add chicken or shrimp not a problem. When I get my Greek salad w/ ckn I have certain things in it and certain things not and they accommodate me. I'm half Italian. Grew up on Long Island. I've been here since 2012. Honestly you have to search to find good pizza and pasta and I'm telling you out of all the places I've had penne alla vodka. They make the best! You can even get the big metal container, bring it home, put some in the Tupperware and freeze it and you're set for a while. Definitely...

Called in for a bacon, egg & cheese the other morning. For reasons unclear to me, they use bacon crumbles, not strips, and maybe 2 bites of the sandwich actually had bacon. Beyond disappointing. And unnecessary. This is not the first time this has happened. Also, every single time I go there the wait is more than 15 minutes. Today, I was the ONLY person waiting at 1:30pm. 4 workers behind the counter walking past me repeatedly without even making eye contact working on remote orders. Soon, there are 4 others standing around me waiting, all of us staring at the glass because none of us are being acknowledged. A female employee, exasperated, finally looks at the tall gentleman next to me and starts to take his order because she had no clue who was waiting the longest. I interrupted as politely as I could to make clear that I had been waiting far longer so I finally get to order my soup. SOUP! What's easier than that? I understand the importance of efficiency regarding phone orders. Business is business, but they should have at least ONE worker who makes in-person customers a priority. Some of us are on a time-limited break and don't want to spend the entire time waiting in line (and especially when there isn't one). I have walked out of there in the past after waiting too long to have a pizza slice handed to me. Unacceptable. And their employees...
