Kevin worked on my desktop pc that needed a lot of care and cleaning. He told me 5-7 days to repair and clean spotless....I went in on the 13th day (Feb 1) after getting a voicemail that they had questions. They informed me my pc needed a new cpu cooler which I told them when I dropped it off; they said it would take them 7-10 days to get said cooler in. I got on amazon and got it 10 dollars cheaper direct from the manufacturer and the next day.
They called me finally on Feb 2nd and said it was ready ans I told them I needed it done soon due to work as it had already been 2 weeks. So when I pick it up its still dirty, and disgusting. The only thing done was the hard drive was replaced and cloned. They charged me 180 bucks for that and took 15 days to do that work when they have a 6 day work week. Never in my life have I seen such incompetence.
I only took this to them due to moving into a new home and not having the time to fix it myself. I will never go to that store again; nor will I recommend it to anyone I know.
I asked for a refund, it was refused....we are fighting this with a charge back...

I was told that the owner would "turn up" my radio as a courtesy. I pay almost 50 dollars a month for something that isn't hardly any better than dial up. This is unacceptable!!! My internet access is worse than 93 percent of the nation. So skip Microdome and go with frontier you will be saving yourself 10 dollars a month and may actually be able to watch a YouTube video! I am tired of hearing a million different excuses for why this service is so subpar. Also, there is no 24 hour tech support, if there is an issue past 5 pm or on Sunday you must wait until the building opens.    Read moreThey took almost a week longer than predicated. I had to call them to check on progress. They really didnt fix what was broken just found a way around the problem. Probably saved me some money but they didnt even give me the option of fixing the hardware. Price was decent but not for the time it took them and to fix something I could have done by buying a wireless internet USB and installing it myself in 20 min for less than the price it was for them to fix it. Not satisfied! Happy my computer can connect to the internet again but I could have done what they did. I wanted it physically fixed not just usable but I wasn't about to wait another week for them to charge...
