Absolutely the worst service ever. Having waited over half an hour since the website indicated that the pizza had been quality checked, I called to see if the estimated delivery time of 45 minutes was accurate. When told it was, I commented that my pizza would be over an hour and 15 minutes old when I got it. I asked if he would please inspect and make a fresh pizza if it was, as I expected, crusted and dry from being in a warmer for almost an hour. It finally arrived 1.5 hours after ordering. Wesley insisted that he could not because it would count against his inventory. So, for the cost of one ball of dough, WESLEY neglected to consider that I might be a revenue stream over time. It is a flawed business model, especially for a pizza franchise selling a product with the highest margin in the food industry. I blame it on the up-line manager, who has frightened front-line managers into being measured on inventory control rather than customer satisfaction. Save your money and get a Digiorno. I spent 35$ (counting a tip) for a 14-inch, two-topping cold, dry, thin, crust pizza. That took 90 minutes to be delivered

Read moreI do not recommend Domino's on Hwy 51 in Madison. I've tried them four times - 2 were horrible (one time the app said my pizza was delivered but I dunno where because it wasn't to me! Another time they couldn't find my pick up order so they remade it then couldn't find it either, so I gave up and asked for a refund after waiting 45 minutes), 1 was bad (waited 15 minutes for service at pick up window before waiting another 5 minutes for service at counter because they finally were servicing the window), and 1 was barely ok (still had to wait a bit inside). Waiting inside tonight I kept to myself, but heard lots of others complaining of multiple bad experiences as well. When I've gone inside to pick up my order the store has seemed a bit chaotic, but tonight was so chaotic, i'm wondering how those poor workers are surviving the night. Read moreI use this store because its closest to my home. I use the app to order which is convenient. I ordered some garlic twists with my pizza one day. I went to the window to pick up order. There was ko marinara sauce with the garlic twists. These people LOVE their marinara sauce. They will literally fight you for it. So i asked for my sauce for the bread. She said its an extra charge. I said even when ordering garlic bread?!? I mean thats a given that it should come with it. She said no. I said ok. I dont want it then. At the window (for me to hear) she then yells to the people around the corner that they could enjoy them because i didnt want them. She seemed super happy. So not satisfied with how that was handled and how she couldnt give me a .53 cent marinara sauce after i was paying almost $30 for my large order.
