Terrible Customer Service by the Manager. Made an order to go and had my cousin go pick up my $48.48 order. Once she came home I noticed one of the Large pizzas was missing so then I ended up driving to the store. Meanwhile, I was driving, I kept on calling and calling the store so in case the pizza was still missing then they could have started making it right away. No answer. I get their and tell the cashier (which ended up being the manager) about my order and about how I've been calling and he just replied "The phone hasn't been ringing here" then says "Okayy, Whats the name" since it was a bigger order he just said "which one are you missing" then just said "it'll be 10-15 min because we have to remake it." So annoyed by the fact that I sent my cousin so I wouldn't have to go out because I had the cough and ended up having to go myself. I told the cashier "so what did u guys gave part of my order to someone else?? He replied back "idk what happened to it, I wasn't over here" and walks away. While he was making other orders I talked loud because he was further at that point and asked "are you the Manager here?" He relied "yes, I'm the Manager" then I said "your not going to at least say sorry (for the inconvenience)!?" No response then I say "oh ,your just going to ignore me like that?" Still no response. After I waited 11min the Manager just handed me the pizza and I let him know that he has very poor customer service skills and he could of AT LEAST said sorry for having part of my order at home cold at that point. His response was "ok sorry I didn't says sorry" and walks away, smirking, so I said yeah & keep smiling! His response "Ha! Ok" The fact that he lied because he claimed he did say sorry at the beginning but I know for a fact he DIDN'T because I have a recording of that interaction! NOT OK TO TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT!

Read moreI ordered lunch from here yesterday with my mom. I surprised her and came for a visit and we ordered Domino's. She's a pretty picky eater and she wanted pepperoni and black olives. I got my own separate pizza with toppings I wanted. When her pizza came it was sausage and pepperoni and because she's so picky she didn't even want it. I called the corporate number and spoke to some robot and initially was kind of pissed off. I got transferred to a real person and it was actually the guy at the restaurant. I was kind and just explained myself very calmly. He knew exactly what I was talking about almost before I could even bring it up and was super nice and professional. The original delivery guy couldn't have been better and was super friendly and delivered our pizza in about 3 minutes from the time it left the restaurant with a smile and he even called to confirm the address when he arrived. After we realized the pizza was wrong and the delivery driver already left and I was on the phone with I assume one of the managers the manager himself came back to my mom's house to read deliver the correct Pizza which was so piping hot and fresh let it almost hurt to touch the box! Everything ended up being perfect, we both smiled and I told him no big deal just a pizza but thank you so much for correcting it because my mom is kind of picky. I couldn't possibly speak more hardly of this Domino's location. I'm incredibly impressed. I know exactly where my mom and I will be ordering next time I decide to visit her. Thank you all for a pleasant experience even though a very minor mistake was made. And we got an extra free pizza out of the whole ordeal so I really can't complain about anything honestly lol! Read moreBefore ever placing my order online, I called the restaurant to ask them not to cut the pizzas to help avoid cross contamination due to a life-threatening allergy. The person on the phone took my name and address and said they would make sure it wouldnt get cut and that it wasn't an issue. I even made the note about it in the order itself just in case. When it arrived it was cut and the person with the allergy wasn't able to eat it. The driver was excellent, very kind, very professional. I called to report the issue and the person tried blaming their mistake on me. I wouldn't have been upset if they had just called and said they made a mistake and had to remake it. At least the person with the allergy would've been safe with that option. After receiving a refund because of the cross contamination issue, I drove up there to give the driver a cash tip instead (it wasn't his fault they messed up.
