Well I haven't had Dunkin donuts in few years.. so March 27,2025.. THE STAFF WAS TERRIBLE... I don't know names due to the fact I DOD NOT SEE BADGES.. The young man with dark hair... Waited on me... He was not HAPPY HE WAS DRY... NOT WELCOMING AT ALL.. .. so I ordered and as you can see ... As you can see it's BURNT UP.. ICED COFFEE IS NASTY... THERE WAS 3 OTHER EMPLOYEES..So I ASSUMED... THE LADY WITH THE BROWN PANTS WAS THE MANAGER (African American lady).. ... Put my COFFEE WAS IN THE SECTION WHERE IT STATED " DELIVERY".. NOW HOW DID I KNOW THAT .. so she picks up the DRINK AND READ IT BACK TOE LIKE IM THE " DUMB" ONE... I said HOW THE HELL WAS I SUPPOSE TO KNOW THAT WHEN IT WAS SITTING IN "DELIVERY".. AND LAST ... I WALKES THERE .. SO WHEN THEY HANDED ME MY " DISCUSTING" FOOD. I HAD TO SCREAM DAMN NEAR AT THEM TO GET SOMEONE ATTENTION.. . I finally asked could I get a bag that has a handle due to the fact that I did WALK THERE . AND THE HEAVIER SET (African American lady " said NO .. so I asked so I can't have a bag that was sitting up there IN FRONT OF ME . SHE TOLD ME THOSE WHERE FOR SOMETHING.... the employees are TERRIBLE..... And there was MAN STANDING THERE WAITING TO BE WAITED ON..... AND YOUR SERVICE THERE WAS SO BAD AND HE HAD WAITED THERE MORN THEN 5 MIN... WITH NO ONE AT THE COUNTER.. THIS IS DUNKING DONUTS ON PARK AT ... UN MADISON WI.... I WILL NEVER GO BACK .. SEEMS LIKE THE EMPLOYEES THERE NEED A REFRESHER COURSE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE... BECAUSE IF THIS CONTINUES DUNKING WITH NOT BE OPEN . companies forget . WITHOUT US .... THEY MAKE NO MONEY.. THAT MEAN THEY CANT PAY THESE PATHETIC EMPLOYEES THAT THEY HIRE......
Read moreI love this dunkin' and it's the only one i visit in the city because the workers have always been kind and they have always made everything tasty. However, today I placed a mobile order at 11:10 am, I always show up around 4-5 minutes later and i'm totally okay waiting if its not ready because I know its not that much time. Well today I walked in like normal and saw my drink was ready and just needed to wait for my food, which is fine like I said I don't mind to wait because I know I just placed it a few minutes ago but usually its ready by then. Well today there was a worker I have never seen before on Mondays at 11am. I go there almost every Monday at 11. She was not very kind from the get go since she asked what I was waiting on, I politely said just my bakery items. She seemed bothered but told me it would be a wait where I was like sounds good thank you. Again, no issue until like 2 minutes later she very rudely tells me "It's going to be a while, go sit and we can call out your name", this caught me off guard so I just asked how much longer are you thinking. She then responded that they have cars wrapped around the building we have to deal with first (there was one car in the drive thru and only me in the store). Right after she said this the other employee who I recognized and has always been kind to me hands me the rest of my order. This honestly upset me and I don't see myself visiting very soon and would rather take myself to Starbucks only 2 minutes down the street who has never had any...
