Okay, I was very angery and upset! Cause I really liked their food, I start to order delivery from them. As you can see above.

I found a fly in my soup. A big black one! I was drinking out of their soup container, and I was half way to the bottom. I was disgusted, but wasn't really mad at the time. I called back, and I put the amount I paid for the soup as a store credit.

I order once after that, I found nothing. I was really happy. Usually I only order their appetizers. I've been fine, so I wasnt really worried about their appetizers.

. I made a big order soon after. Guess what, on the next day, when I was trying to finish the rest of my big order…… I found a gray hair in the lamb dish I ordered and pan scrub in my potatoes!! I was so disgusted I have to throw them away. They were off on that day, so I called them the following day. I never got a call back from their owner. I called them again the following week. Whoever picked up the phone told me to call again later that night. I really liked one of their appetizer which I 've been order it since the first time I ate there. I figured I'll only order appetizer from now,and only when I really want it. The server asked me,"Are you sure you want to order from us? I'm afraid that there's a problem for you again." Excuse me? I feel like I owe Orient House a long overdue feedback. I came to Madison over ten years ago, and Orient House Chinese is definitely one of the most authentic in town. I could always enjoy a satisfactory belly stuffing every time I paid a visit. They decided to stay open only for take outs and delivery after the pandemic hit. I have to give credits to their courage and the determination to serve the community with their delicious food continuously. Dishes I always try and to recommend: Beef roll cake (scallion pancake rolled with savory beef) Jumbo lamb skewers (they ain’t kidding about the word Jumbo! Excellent seasoning and flavor) Shredded potatoes with vinegar (the crunchiness texture just calls us back every time) The list can go on and on, and we barely have anything that would disappoint us here. Worst (American-style) Chinese food I've ever had. Ordered the General Tso's Chicken combo (with fried rice and egg roll), fried dumplings and got some free crab rangoon. The Chicken was dry and had no sauce. The fried rice tasted burned. The eggroll was underfilled and under cooked, with an incredibly low-quality wrap. The "dumplings" were 6 inch long wads of ground pork loosely wrapped in soggy wrapping. I tried to pick one up and the enormous pork log fell out onto my lap. I didn't try the rangoons, but my friends that ate them were not impressed. The only palatable part of the meal was the fortune cookie, which tried to get to to go to an online sports betting parlor (lol). Really, really terrible.
