Dunkin' — Restaurant in Madison

There was a young man at the register I said, give me a dozen donuts and a box of coffee. I asked how much that is when they said $45 I said cancel the coffee.

I guess the manager pretended he didn’t know how to speak English..

He looked at me and laughed because I told him wow this is really gotten expensive…

The young kid didn’t know that six donuts and six donuts make up a dozen. After I walked out after paying I think $15? They charged me $45

I called up to the store and the manager had an attitude with me. He was angry he wanted to argue with me. I told him sir I told you cancel the coffee and then I told him you charge my credit card without my say so.

I was in Madison my entire life I remember going there when I was four or five years old it’s ridiculous. It is a joke and I think I’m going to show up there later on today, With the authorities

Oh, and I’ve been trying to call and they’re not picking up the phone

I guess they didn’t understand a word of English that...

This place has really gone downhill. Breakfast sandwiches are falling apart, donuts are always put in bag upside down to the frosting comes off all over the bag, and the new management is rude. I've had quite a few issues since the new management and every interaction I've had with the manager was unpleasant.

Update: If you're ordering a mobile order. Order like 15 minutes ahead of time instead of when you're getting close to the restaurant. They take absolutely forever to fulfill a mobile order even when it's not busy. It is so frustrating every time I walk in there and I have to ask them for my food order which is sitting on a table behind the counter instead of on the mobile pickup station. Half the time the order isn't even finished yet or it's missing items and you have to flag someone down to have them finish it and I can't even find the ticket for your order. So ridiculous.

Another update: Today I received an insurance coffee grinds in my coffee. Absolutely disgusting. Why would...

Worst Dunkin I have ever been to. The store is pretty clean and new (recently updated) but my order has only been right 2 out of at least 20 trips there and the staff does not care at all. Actually argue with me about what I ordered! This location is about 3 minutes from my workplace so we used to place orders for my whole office with them but not anymore. We now drive into Chatham and use the Dunkin location there instead. Yes it's further and takes longer but it's so worth it. They care to get orders right (especially large, corporate ones!) and always do!

Update: Here we are, four years later. I was told it’s all new staff and has improved so tried again. I ordered Iced Coffee with almond milk. I got a tea with almond milk and ice... the tag on the cup says coffee though. Maybe I just have bad luck there. I don’t know. I can’t try...
