Terrible location. Contacted corporate and told them about the "McDonalds Vice President" Cleopatras behavior - Middle aged lady with twist locks and a rude attitude. I've had messed up orders and cold food. The location closes when it's not supposed to be closed. I had someone tell me "We closing bc I gotta pick up my kid" - I'd understand if it were occasional but its a frequent late night problem. Today they had the drive thru backed up, the mobile app/kiosk offers a product that it didn't allow me to get and I asked for assistance at the actual register. "SERVICE WITH A SMILE" is what the chain has promoted since McDonalds originated but I couldn't have been talked down to any more than today in your store. Because I wanted the manager to have a customer service oriented attitude? I know yall are busy but a customer shouldn't be treated like an issue because they need assistance and don't want to be bullied at your location. There were 3 people by the register. Why redirect me to the kiosk when the mobile app is having the same issue? I honestly hate this location and their number won't even ring when you call the store. Get with me for videos of these occasions.

Read moreI have started a side gig DoorDashing.. I started last weekend. I’m still learning the ropes. With that being said, every restaurant I’ve picked up food from has been so pleasant and so have the customers I’ve delivered to.
Today, sadly, I had a run in with the manager, Will, at McDonald’s on Hwy 51.
I have picked up from McDonald’s 3 times. Today was my 3rd pickup.
I went to pick up the order, tell them through the speaker like I have done the past 3 times that I have a DoorDash order, I tell them the name and the code, I sat in the drive thru line about 15-20 minutes, and finally make it up to the receiving window.
The employee asks me the DoorDash name again and I tell him and he doesn’t see it so he calls Will to come over and he asks him about it.
Will ever so rudely, literally raises his voice very loudly and gets so angry with me and says verbatim “So you have the DoorDash order?? My dasher window is always open! You need to come inside! Do not come through my drive thru window. You’re holding up my line and messing up my wait time. Don’t do it again. Next time come in and get it.” & angrily walks off.. me and the employee are both stunned and just stare at each other awkwardly as he hands me the order..
Okay.. I was too stunned to speak because I never expected to be blown up on like that! Ummm.. I mean all I know is there was a better way to tell me what he told me. I am now disgruntled and very disappointed because my daughters get Happy Meals from there...
Read moreWaited in drive thru for 15 minutes to place my order. Then went inside to attempt to order to no avail. They didn't have anyone in line inside and had only one person in the drive thru ahead of me. We actually drove 5 minutes away to Sonic to get food, ate & drove back. When we drove by, the guy in front of us was just getting his food. VERY SLOW!
Tried this place again but I'll drive 10 minutes away for the better McDonald's across town. Still too slow & rude. Got my order wrong & gave me attitude about it.
Tried a few times for breakfast & they NEVER have the breakfast burritos. They explained that they have to make them & they apparently don't have the time to make a staple item on their menu. Spoke to the manager this time & Jasmine didn't care. Terrible food as when I finally got something, it was COLD! Why did I WAIT 24 minutes for COLD food?
Tried today for dinner ans was told the kiosks in the store was down and the manager on duty, Shakeria Johnson, said she was on the phone with the gm receiving a big order and she couldn't help me. I'd have to go back outside to the drivethru to place an order or I could use my phone. She wad adamant that she was too busy. She refused to tell me her name the first 6 times I asked and when I asked her why she was refusing to take my order she got in my face and said she could record me too.
