Milio's Sandwiches — Restaurant in Madison

I've eaten at plenty of the Milio's around the Madison area but this west side location is average at best. I give it three stars because usually the bread is fairly fresh even with delivery. The downside to this location is that even though on their website they list their delivery times and hours of operation they never seem to have drivers available to deliver. I don't know why I take the gamble of trying delivery when I know I'm going to get a call informing me that there are no drivers available.

--EDIT: Again the store advertises that the delivery time is from when they open until 9 pm. It is currently 7:30 pm and I thought I would give them another shot and ask for delivery but once again they don't seem to have any delivery drivers available. Either change their website to match when their drivers are available or forget to order...

The sandwiches were extremely disappointing. Had almost no meat, sparse ingredients inside, and the sandwiches were drastically different sizes (considering there is only one size, that’s a problem). My husband’s sandwich was tiny and mine was easily 1/3 larger than his. His tasted terrible too, whereas mine was edible but just sad. Considering it was $8+ for a sandwich, that’s ridiculous. We’ve had better sandwiches at hospital cafeterias for cheaper. The person taking our order clearly didn’t want to interact with anyone either and was very annoyed to work there it seemed. Milios has really gone downhill since 2020. Eliminating the large soda option sucks and corporate refuses to acknowledge my multiple attempts to reach out. I've been disappointed the last several visits. Pickle was mush and I literally spit it out after one bite. Sub is nothing special and service was sub-par. I'll try another location farther away but not expecting much and may just bail to another sub shop...
