Placed an order May 30th at 11pm. They close at midnight. Tell me why I wait 30 minutes before tracking my order and see it hasn’t even been confirmed by the restaurant.
So I call the restaurant, it’s A.I. telling me to press 1 to order, 2 to check on order, and 3 to report order issue. Both 2 and 3 fake ring to the store before redirecting back to the home options. Okay. I press 1, surely this will allow me to speak to a real person? Wrong. I have no idea what creature, worker, or A.I. answered the phone May 30th, 11:34 PM, 2024, but they have ruined my night. It rings, something picks up and reads to me my phone number to confirm that I want to use it to place an order. No hello’s, no greetings. I have no idea if they are real, but I confirm yes to see. They ask again, the same question. I say yes again, this time suspicious. Finally, I say: “Are you real? Wait-“ because I realize halfway how rude that sounds.
Then I hear my own voice repeating back to me verbatim: “Are you real? Wait.” I scream, of course, because what the heck. Then they hang up. I’m horrified.
It took another 30 minutes to cancel my order through EATSTREET and it will take 5 days for the money to come back to my account. What if that was all I had? Anyways, it wasn’t so I got Dominoes. Ready in 5 minutes. 10/10 reccommend. Pizza Hut will never...
Read moreNear incompetent staff. Ordered a pizza online with the special instruction of ringing my apartment number when he got here. I also made the mistake of not quite putting in the correct address. Off by one number. Totally on me. My mistake.
I was expecting the apartment ringer, so I missed a call from the driver by 3 minutes. Call him back, straight to voicemail. Wait 3 minutes, call him again, straight to voicemail. Call the store, and they told me they never receive special instructions if you order online "because their website is terrible." At this point, I figure I had just missed a call, which was the reason the pizza never got to me. He tells me he'll call the driver and let him know.
I wait another 35 minutes since I don't want to keep harassing them. I call the place back after deciding I had waited long enough. Whoever picks up tells me that "I entered an address that didn't exist, so they didn't deliver it." I asked why no one called me back. They told me the driver called me and I didn't pick up.

There were 3 calls from me after that first couple missed calls. Why didn't someone call me back after those. The guy starts making excuses about how it wasn't him. I told him I wanted a refund, and he processed that. Told me he had no idea when I would get my money back.

Barley any sauce and the crust was doughy, not cooked correctly, not to mention how damn greasy it was… I called and the manager was very professional and offered to remake the pizza, we got the second pizza and the manager must have thrown in garlic chicken bites like we’ve gotten before, the chicken was perfect, but YET AGAIN, the crust was doughy and not cooked properly, also it was very greasy and barley any sauce… That’s now TWO pizzas that are not even edible… He again said we have a $25 credit after I told him we will no longer be ordering from this location… I have no idea what’s going on there, but you would think after they had to remake the first pizza, they would make sure the second one was cooked correctly…. We’ve never had issues with their pizza before, so not sure what’s going on… Something as simple as cooking a pizza correctly….
