Starbucks — Restaurant in Madison

This is the only Starbucks in madison where I have never received an order free from mistakes. Not once. Whether it be an iced drink that is made hot, an incorrect milk, cold food that was never warmed, or even the wrong coffee. I pass by here 3 times daily and actively avoid this location. Today's order marks the 10th consecutive f'd up drink. It's actually impressive at this point.

I ordered a latte subbing 2% for sweet cream today and received sweet cream cold foam on top. No where on the label is there a milk besides sweet cream. No where on the label does it say add foam. Still they just picked a milk, then added foam to the top.

Starbucks in Smith Hall, a dorm at UW-Madison. While it's technically operated by University Housing/Dining, you can use your Starbucks account/app here and it's effectively just another Starbucks. It can get really busy around lunch, between classes, and when there are deals, so the wait can get to be pretty long - the longest I've waited...
