I used the app and order a sandwich and when I went to pick it up, it was made wrong. It wasn’t toasted so I asked the employee to toast it. He did and then went into the back and started screaming curse words at the only other employee working there and it echoed through the entire food court. He Came back only to take the sandwich out of the oven give it to me and then went back and started screaming at her again. It wasn’t about the food either because he was the one who made the sandwich, I could see from where I was sitting. It was an old man with graying messy hair. Very inappropriate and scary. He refused to look me in the eye despite my requests to how he was and did not acknowledge my requests in any manner other than to slap them on the sandwich like I was bothering him. When asking for the additional toppings he rolled his eyes, all the while refusing to look at me or acknowledge my existence as a person or a customer.
