Subway — Restaurant in Madison

I used the app and order a sandwich and when I went to pick it up, it was made wrong. It wasn’t toasted so I asked the employee to toast it. He did and then went into the back and started screaming curse words at the only other employee working there and it echoed through the entire food court. He Came back only to take the sandwich out of the oven give it to me and then went back and started screaming at her again. It wasn’t about the food either because he was the one who made the sandwich, I could see from where I was sitting. It was an old man with graying messy hair. Very inappropriate and scary. And I didn’t even get a good sandwich out of it :(. Guys like him should not be allowed in service. The woman was very nice and I feel bad that she has to...

The "gentleman" that was behind the counter today was impolite and discourteous. He refused to look me in the eye despite my requests to how he was and did not acknowledge my requests in any manner other than to slap them on the sandwich like I was bothering him. When asking for the additional toppings he rolled his eyes, all the while refusing to look at me or acknowledge my existence as a person or a customer. The only reason I am goving this 2 stars instead of 1 is because the lady behind the counter was polite to me when I made the purchase.

If you want a good churro, go to the gyro place across the room. And if youve been so unfortunate to be at the mercy of one of those footlong disasters, please dont let it refine your opinion on Mexican cusine.
