Fuki Hotpot restaurant is by far the best Hotpot restaurant in Madison. The food quality was awesome, meat and veggies are fresh. Broth is very rich in taste and has lots of good flavour. I have returned to this place many times and their quality is just improving! Everytime when a customer makes a suggestion they seems to take it seriously as I have really seen the changes from when they first started. The robot server is certainly a charm during every visit, will always remind you that they are coming and also ask nicely in mandarin for you to take the food that you ordered. A really convenient feature fuki restaurant implemented was the QR code ordering system which all you do is to grab your phone and place the order. The QR code is unique for each table so no worries on ordering for someone else. I really recommend the black beef tripes in the spicy merrow broth. For the most part those ingredients that aren’t as common in the US are marked with the suggested cooking time which is really convenient and really considerate.
