This isn't a Steak Escape anymore. I'm not sure why it's still listed as being there. It's a dimly lit mall food court counter with a NOT STEAK ESCAPE menu. All the signage is gone. There are people behind the counter but it is NOT Steak Escape. Weird that they're allowing this. Maybe if I had known it was something different I would have ordered but calling it Steak Escape online and finding something different...

Ordered a wrap...guys making it were whispering and laughing the whole time they were making it. When I opened the wrap it, it was ripped lengthwise down the wrap. This had to have happened when they were making it, but they still have it to me. I took it back and got my money back. Guy apologized for the tortilla ripping on me...all I did was open it. It’s not Steak Escape anymore and the food disappoints. I had the Steak Of Home, fries, and a drink. They don’t season anything for the sandwich, it’s diy after serving. Undercooked peppers were the strongest flavor on the sandwich. The fries weren’t ready until about 2 minutes after I was given the sandwich. The fries were soggy out of the fryer.
