We went for breakfast this morning and the sign says that they open at 7:00 a.m. We got there at 8:45 a.m. and the doors were locked. If you're not gonna be open for breakfast like you say you're going to then don't have a sign that says you'll be open at 7:00 am.
January 20, we came for dinner and the lady G porter, asked me four times bout something I wanted. I told her the same thing all four times, then I ordered my husband food with no beans....she proceeds to me "well it only has and she listed the things on it" like I'm a child. She was rude and condensing. I was getting ready to go off on her because of her attitude, luckily my son was there and he took over. She needs to practice better customer service. I wont be back if she is there
Dec 12. I ordered food thru doordash and it was awful! The tacos we flat, had hardly any meat in them, the potatoes were hard and one scoop of cheese. Read moreI went there on 2/23/22 around 5pm and ordered a cantina crispy chicken taco with avocado ranch, they messed up my order and gave me the cantina crispy chicken taco with chipotle. I DO NOT LIKE SPICY FOODS! I didn’t check my order before I left..I just drove to my destination, parked, bite into my taco, and discovered the error. I drove 15 minutes back to Taco Bell to have them fix it. The woman at the window put the order in right per my receipt but the person making it must have read the screen wrong. The woman at the window was happy to correct the issue but I’m rating this experience 1 star because my mouth was on fire and I asked for a drink. The lady at the window said she had to ask her manager first and so she did. Can you believe the manager said no!? That is unacceptable. No basic human decency AT ALL. Please contact the manager and teach her some skills to ensure your providing an experience that leave the customers as promoter especially after your company makes an error. Thank god Im not allergic to chipotle sauce!

Read moreWent at about midnight about 3 days ago and was informed that the card reader was down, which was fine because I had cash. The person taking the order didn’t seem pleased by this at all but took our order for a chicken quesarito, a Mexican pizza and a 5 layer burrito. When we pulled up to the window they turned off all the parking lot lights and the sign like they were closed even though the drive through is supposed to be open until 2. We got home to discover our food was either not made correctly at all or made with bad ingredients. The rice on the Quesarito was literally crunchy like it either hadn’t been cooked or had been left out on the counter for a day, the 5 layer was missing beans and so was the Mexican pizza, the Mexican pizza was also smushed in the container and all the cheese was stuck to the top.
